Prime Cleaners, Jeremiah especially, was awesome. The first couple that was supposed to come today ended up having the flu, but Jeremiah sent another couple in place of them, for same time & day. It was Renata & Ariel. They were prompt and on time. The disappointing part was the language barrier, that was I was promised they both spoke English. Ariel did not at all, but Renata could understand English but counted speak it. We used a translator app so that helped a lot.
They were both efficient and did a great job, for most of it, However, I paid additional fee bc I have two cats and there are still little fur balls in finding on carpet. Also I was in my living room while they were working, but never saw any vacuum it (carpet, yuck). So via translator app, I asked Renata about bc they were about to leave and she had husband vacuum it.
Ariel did an extra favor for me in my sons room, as my cats tore down a side of the curtain rod, and he actually put them back up for me, bc I had a drill. Was very appreciative of that!!! As I was putting it off for several months, but intended to do it myself, eventually. So I was very pleased at him for doing that for me. Kitchen counter tops feel a little grimy like maybe not cleaned?!? but the sink and microwave are immaculate. All in all, they were awesome despite those few LITTLE things. Definitely going to use Prime Cleaning again in future. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Marciana and Diego did our post renovation and deep cleaning and left our home spotless! They were on time and very efficient. Booking through text with Alisson was also very easy and they got us scheduled for first thing after the weekend. Would definitely recommend their services.

The cleaning service was outstanding. They arrived on time, did everything I asked, including cleaning the inside of a full fridge, freezer, and oven. They also cleaned the grills and the windows. I would have not been able to do that caliber of work in the time I needed it done. Bravo ladies! I would highly recommend your services, any time or day!!!

Can not recommend Prime Cleaning Texas enough! Jeremiah was patient with all of my questions as I had never used professional cleaners before. Renata was punctual and friendly. Her and her crew did an amazing job deep cleaning our home. Will be working with them again in the near future!

Was embarrassed by the neglect of my house, but with arthritis, I was not able to do all that I used to. Was hesitant about using a cleaning service, but was encouraged by reviews for Prime Cleaning Texas. Was I ever glad I did! Alessandra & her team member did an awesome job on deep cleaning! They were detail oriented, capable & congenial. I was amazed at all they accomplished in a few hours time! I don’t have any reservations & would use Prime Cleaning again in the future!

We had a great experience with this company. We are selling our home and need a deep cleaning done. Great service! they make everything look brand new, including all the kitchen appliances. Once again Prime Cleaning comes thru! I am a Realtor and love their quality of work. These guys do not miss a thing! My houses sparkle!

I was very pleased with Antonio and Alessandra’s work. They were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to leave my home spotless. My favorite thing was their walkthrough and insistence on checking their work at the end. Checking people’s work is always awkward for me, but with them I feel comfortable I can point out if anything’s missed next time.

That said, a few things could be better on the administrative side. Given I’m paying a bit more for the easy online booking system, I would appreciate more transparent billing information—I never got an email receipt confirming what I paid for. It would also be great to receive communications on when the next service will be so we can plan and reschedule if necessary.

I was conflicted about writing this review for a while, but I'm hoping it serves to improve cleaning standards and internal communications for this company.

Of the three estimates I obtained for cleaning a newly purchased 3,000 square foot house, I picked this company due to the positive google reviews and ease of online scheduling, since the price estimates were roughly the same for move in/deep cleaning. Two people spent about 4 hours cleaning our house, but since I hadn't cleaned a house this size before, I didn't realize that amount of time was insufficient. (It takes me about 45 minutes to just vacuum this house, and for comparison, it took one person - from a different cleaning company- a full 8 hour day to clean the 2,000 square foot rental we moved out of).

When the cleaners were done, my husband and I were taken around the house to be shown the great cleaning job. Because we had so much going on with our move, I tipped the each of the cleaners about 10% of the total fee and didn't think about looking at everything or even spot checking areas not pointed out to us.

As we started moving items into the house, I began noticing some of the countertops were still dusty/dirty. I thought maybe it was just a small overlooked area. But then, I was confused as to why two of the bay windows were clean while dead insects and cobwebs were undisturbed in the third window sill, and why two doors of a cupboard were clean, while the third door was dusty and when opened, revealed the crust of an old piece of pizza laying inside?! More and more, I was finding evidence of what I consider to be poor cleaning, or rather, just not cleaned. I thought I would just let it slide, but as me and my 74 year old mother, who was supposed to be visiting us to see our new house, were sweating as we cleaned the house so we could move our stuff in, I was less and less willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

I admit that I should have taken more time to thoroughly go through the house and check everything. I don't know if the cleaner who showed me around the house afterwards intentionally pointed out only the clean areas or if she was simply unaware of the other cleaner not doing the job. Again, I don't think 2 people cleaning for 4 hours was sufficient for this house anyway. I didn't contact the company to complain, because I assume they would have just sent someone to come out and clean again, which I didn't have confidence in.

The best cleaning company in the Austin area, tried couple different ones, Prime cleaning did a great job. Also they said if you 100% satisfied they will send the cleaners back till you’re satisfied, but definitely didn’t need.

Prime Cleaning Texas did a move-out clean for us -- they gave great attention to detail and their prices are quite fair & reasonable. This is a locally owned and managed company, and unlike some of the bigger cleaning companies out there, you will interact with real humans from beginnging to end. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

This company does amazing work. They left our toilet paper with cute little bows on it, and all of our towels were either folded up cute or hung up cute. They really went above and beyond we did a basic clean and I feel like we did a deep clean Because of the amount of detail they used while cleaning. We will definitely be using y’all in the future thank you so very much for helping us out!
