Rod came exactly on time as promised. He cleaned and fully removed 4 black spots in my study that had been there for 2-3 months. I was amazed.
He also removed multiple coffee stains from the carpet in another room. I am so pleased with Rod and Santa Fe carpet cleaning.

Our main floor, over 1200 sq. feet of tile was in desperate need of a deep cleaning as well as grout painting. We were on a deadline with houseguests arriving when we decided to upend our household and start the process. Rod was prompt in answering our request, professional, and courteous. The estimate came when he said it would. On the actual days of cleaning. polishing and grout painting, Rod, Brian and Stewart arrived on time, moved our heavy furniture, and worked through the day, followed up on the next days. Our twenty year old tile looks like new and we were pleased with the outcome. Definitely would recommend this family owned business.

Very knowledgeable, professional and punctual! We purchased a nine year old home in Sun City, all tile floors with two carpeted bedrooms. The home had been well cared for but the floors needed attention. Mr. Young came out, measured everything and visited with us, made suggestions and then clearly explained the process. We received a very fair quote and all the work was done well within a tight time frame. The floors are stunning! He also did a lovely job on a huge, 40 year old wool oriental carpet. Bryan was very professional. He called to inform me he was on his way. Arrived on time and answered all my questions in detail. The carpet had some heavy traffic areas the were quite dirty. They all came out and it looks and smells terrific. I also had grout cleaned and I am very happy with the work. A visible difference in the kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend Santa Fe. Santa Fe Floor Care did a great job cleaning and polishing our travertine floors. We are preparing our house to sell in Tarrytown so we wanted the floors to look stunning to prospective buyers. Rod came out within 24 hours to provide a detailed description of the process as well as a fair price. He scheduled us quickly, repaired several small holes, and filled cracks. Rod and Brian are the best! Punctual, courteous, and high quality work. Super helpful every step of the way. In addition to being very dull looking, over time our travertine tile developed many holes and cracks. Brian and Rod filled all holes and polished our floor to a better than new condition. I saved $$$ by having Santa Fe Floor Care refurbish our floor instead of having to put in new tile. Additionally they worked quickly and carefully moved the furniture so that we were never inconvenienced. Highly recommend!!!

I have 2 side tables with Carrara inserts, that had become really worn looking. Santa Fe Flooring worked on the marble pieces, and in only a few hours had them looking gorgeous again! Beautiful job and very nice people to do business with. Will definitely call on them again for other projects.

I was very happy with Santa Fe Floor Care who did a beautiful job cleaning the tile and grout in my bathroom. I live in a condominium and most of the floor care places I contacted did not have portable equipment and could not accommodate me. Luckily, Santa Fe floor Care had the proper equipment and now my tile and grout look new. The two technicians were very professional and I highly recommend them. I contacted Santa Fe Floor Care to save 5 year old carpet in a rental home that had considerable staining and dirt tracks that I was unable to clean with my portable rug cleaner. Rod promptly scheduled a service visit, communicated in advance, listened to my complaints about my carpet, arrived on time, and took the time needed to thoroughly clean the carpets. Time will tell if any stains reappear but the carpets looked great when he was finished with cleaning. Very easy and pleasant to work with. I'll definitely call them again the next time I need floor cleaning.

Superior experience always! This review is long overdue as we have been using Santa Fe for years, and they are a top notch company with a personal touch. Over the years Ive met Stuart, Brian and Rod. All are reliable, knowledgeable and professional. They recently took care of all our marble floors and marble countertops, due to etching they became dull. The floors and countertops look brand new. I wish all companies were as fabulous as Santa Fe Floor Care! I will add some photos to show the before and after. I am so impressed and happy with the results! Look at the reflection from the overhead lighting on the floor.
