The team at AC Pros is fantastic! I work for a residential real estate company, and we had some last minute HVAC issues with our sellers that had to get resolved quickly. I was so impressed with everyone there on the team, as they quickly jumped in, moved stuff around that wasn't as time sensitive, and got the job done just in time for us to still close! Rachel and Noah in the office are so great to work with, and really work hard to get you answers and updates. Not to mention, they always have a pleasant and positive attitude, even when we felt stressed and rushed. They put us at ease. It is so nice to get text updates with a photo about your technician and their arrival time. Justin was great at getting everything in working order, also with a positive attitude. No matter how many times we had to call him out to the property, he was always there! Very reliable, and he does great work. I highly recommend the team at AC Pros to get the job done fast, quality work at a great price! THANK YOU!

Update: Doug came today to troubleshoot a shower fixture issue and presented two options, recommending the one that saved me the most money, which was great! He also had time to fix the issue while he was here. This is the second time I have used AC Pros and will use them again and recommend them when asked.

Ethan and Michael provided and installed the clip for my shower diverter valve and were professional, quick, and courteous. I would hire them again.

Our AC unit failed about a month ago, and after getting several bids, we decided to go with AC Pros. They've done jobs for us before, so we knew we could count on the quality of their work. They presented us with multiple options, and we ended up going with their top-end Goodman Invertor Unit. We could not be more pleased with the new system. So incredibly quiet and effective!

I have been using AC Pros for a few years now. The first time was on a recommendation from a neighbor when I was able to get a day-of appointment with Ryan B. to fix my HVAC who was great. Later on when I had another issue, Michael A. was very professional, informative, made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the repairs and options in ways I could easily understand it.

I have since gotten an annual maintenance plan that comes with water heater maintenance. Doug P. who serviced my water heater was amazing, and also was professional, informative, and patient. None of the technicians ever tried to upsell or take advantage of me. They would give me advice on maintenance, things to monitor and look out for between services as well as provide quotes on options for future service that I could look into and decide later on. I can't recommend them enough.

I've stayed loyal to AC Pros for many years now. The reason is really the great crew who have serviced both my HVAC and water heater. In every case, they diagnosed and explained the issues, giving me various options with their suggestions on which they or other homeowners have done. I never feel like I'm being upsold or taken advantage of, which is extremely important to me. This week (Jan 2026), Doug and Preston came to install a new water heater and they were on time, done within the time they estimated, and gave me information about scheduling maintenance. They were friendly and professional and can't recommend them enough.

I am so happy I found AC Pros Air Conditioning & Plumbing for my small business. The company was so professional and fast in their response. Ethan came out to give an estimate and was so helpful to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the unit at my commercial space. I will be using this company for my home as well.

Mark was the most impressive AC tech who has ever come out to service our unit. He was professional, courteous, and highly informative. Mark gave our AC system a very thorough check and provided photographs of all current system reading so we will be able to see how the system changes over time. He has clearly been in the industry a long time as he was able to share both general and specific information on our 2 units (very new and VERY old) including telling us how to identify stress in each unit before it becomes a full blown problem. On top of all that, he replaced all the AC vents filters, a first for us and a clear benefit as we are too short to reach 2 of them without a ladder. ASK for MARK to be your technician, he is truly gold.

The team at AC Pros has been great! They scheduled my maintenance check for our new unit and were on top of everything! The customer service is outstanding. Ryan Birdsong was on time and very professional. Thank you!

We've used them for multiple commercial spaces that we have. Lisa is great to work with and communication is fantastic especially in an industry known for not even returning calls.

I cannot say enough about Mark and AC Pros. Mark has serviced my HVAC system several times. Personally, Mark is friendly, polite, respectful and a good communicator. Technically, he is thorough and knowledgeable. It is obvious through my interactions with him that he takes great pride in his work and feels a responsibility to the homeowner. I feel confident Mark and AC Pros will be there for me if I ever have an issue or just a question.

Recently, I had a leaky toilet and needed help right away. AC Pros came to my rescue; Douglas Peterson came and fixed the problem without any water damage. He is always professional, courteous and knows exactly what to do. I have used AC Pros for years, and I will always call them when I need help.

We've been a Gold Star member for the past two years, and the team at AC Pros has always treated us like valued customers. They are very responsive and honest, and go above and beyond to fix any problems that arise.

I am so glad that I was referred to AC Pros for my HVAC repairs. Ryan, Ethan, Preston and Lisa were all amazing to work with. They explained the issues, recommended repairs needed & why, and completed the work within a reasonable time frame. Thank you AC Pros!

I had my water heater yearly maintenance done this week. AC Pros offer maintenance packages and I feel good about my HVAC and Plumbing being in the best condition all the time. Doug, has been maintaining my water heater for years. He’s respectful, thorough, friendly and always ready to address your concerns without making you feel dumb for asking silly questions. Thank You Doug and Noah!

Doug was great! He helped us remove an old outdoor shower in the middle of a cold winter day. Would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and hvac needs. We also got our mini splits installed by them and they did a great job.

These folks have done multiple AC replacements and fixes over the five years we've lived in Austin. They've always been super prompt, responsive, transparent, and helpful. Basically always onsite within 24 hours, and able to install replacement units within a day or two of that. I expect we'll be calling them for many years to come!

They have an amazing process and service. From how quick they are to schedule appointments to how they communicate who will come to do the job. I've used them several times and so far was extremely satisfied!
Recently I had Michael Anderson fix my issue with the AC, and Doug Peterson for plumbing - both were knowledgeable, friendly and resolved all issues very quickly. Thank you both for a great service! Would definitely recommend!
Update from 2023: This year had Ryan Birdsong service my unit, and he was knowledgeable and friendly, so far I've been very impressed with all their technicians!

I called for an estimate, Noah came out the next day and assessed my unit and recommended it be replaced. His team was extremely efficient and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just two days, we came across a few issues caused by the construction next door and he was extremely professional and recommended what needed to be done in navigating the repairs to get the new unit up and running. After a few weeks my drain lines started to back up and they sent a technician out to flush them the next day, I called at 4 pm and they came out as soon as I was off work the next day. Mark, Noah’s brother, was also very professional and great at navigating the issues I was having. He spent almost two hours in a hot attic making sure everything was flushed out of the lines before he left. Ac pros helped me navigate unknown territory as a new homeowner and I look forward to continuing my business with them when I have some plumbing issues resolved in the coming months (and while getting my ac serviced!) thanks for all your hard work!

From the second you call AC Pros/Plumbing it’s always a positive experience. The first step to scheduling is the person on the other end of the phone and Lisa is friendly and professional. You always receive an update with the arrival time. No waiting around all day. Doug is a quick thinker and a great problem solver. He goes above and beyond to assure your plumbing problems are done right! I would 100% recommend this company for all your AC and plumbing needs.

We've had AC Pros since June of 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent in all regards. Their entire team (from technicians to office/scheduling staff) is top notch and exceed expectations in the area of white glove customer service. We've had a few issues with our air conditioning/heating and they are always easy to get a hold of and very quick to come out. They are so accommodating and will make every attempt to squeeze you in same day. Lisa whom I've dealt with in scheduling/office is the absolute sweetest most competent woman. Ryan who has come out to service our units most often is a stellar guy as well - super professional, personal, diligent in his work and always arrives on time. Two just all around solid human beings.

In a day and age when white glove customer experience is often lacking, AC Pros continues to blow me away with how awesome they are. When things go wrong with such units, the last thing one wants to deal with is incompetence so if you're looking for an incredible experience through and through look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Huge kudos to Doug, I needed to replace my water heater but wanted to relocate it to a more secluded spot so that I could regain some floor space. Doug's initial estimate was very detailed, and he explained it all in detail. We spoke about my options over the phone several times, and I always felt like I had his undivided attention as long as I still had questions. He came by and took measurements a second time to make sure everything would fit. And, boy did it, but just barely! Really pleased with the result. Thanks again Doug!

Also, I can't forget to mention the front office, I think I mainly spoke with Katrina, but they were very good at communicating and really helped smooth the whole process over.
