Great service! Our heater was not coming on so I called AC Superheros. Lucas came out within 30 minutes and within an hour our heat was on. I highly recommend using this company.

These guys saved me. We have some speciality AC system that has been problematic for years. It finally died just as it was getting hot outside.

Conor showed up fast and diagnosed the issue. He then set us up with some temporary AC units for our bedrooms as we awaited a specialty part for our weird unit and determined the best path forward.

Lucas came back to us with some options - lowest cost with only one part that was required vs a bigger investment but likely fewer problems in the future in addition to a long warranty. One of those options had 0% financing for 6 years. Win.

The pricing and options were fair. The crew were experienced, respectful of our home and knowledgeable. And they fixed our AC within 5 business days which frankly is faster than I expected with this specialty system we have.

The financing options + great service make these guys a reliable and smart choice.

The technicians called ahead and we also got a text saying they were on their way. They showed up on time, very polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and, when they were finished, let me know how everything looked. They treat their clients like we wished all service providers would treat us - with a handshake, a smile, knowledge and honesty. Truly lives up to their name! Our furnace went out just days before a big freeze, and with two under two I was worried for the safety of my family. I called up AC superheroes on a Saturday and they were here Sunday morning to figure out the problem. By Monday, we had a brand new furnace to replace our 30-year-old furnace. The speed and efficiency that they install the new system was amazing. The price was better than what other people would have quoted Us in the past. If I have any other problems with my AC, I'm calling Lucas!

A few days ago I thought I had a new HVAC system installed by others and to my disappointment it broke down yesterday. I called the company that installed it and they were rude and dismissive. I found superheroes online, I contacted them and they came immediately even though it was after hours. They did a superb and expedited job fixing the hvac. Very professional and friendly, and at a reasonable cost for such a short notice. Decency and professionalism clearly shines through with these guys. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Very quick response time to fix my dead AC in August when I know it’s busy. I’m always happy with the work they do.

About 1 1/2 hrs after making the enquiry, Connor showed up and was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. He worked for an hour and got our ac back working.
