    Had a strange burning smell from vents and panicked. Called ACGuys Austin AC Repair & Heating and they had a technician here in 45 minutes. Turned out to be a dirty motor that just needed cleaning and lubrication. Honest diagnosis, fair price, and peace of mind restored. True professionals.

    These guys are legit the best air conditioning repair company I’ve ever used. Capacitor went out at 9pm, called the emergency line, tech was here by 10:30pm and had us cooling again before midnight. No ridiculous after-hours fees like some companies charge. Will never call anyone else

The hvac installers worked 2 full days straight, cleaned up perfectly, and walked me through the new thermostat app. Cooling is even and bills are lower. 10/10
