The air duct cleaning team did an outstanding job—very detailed and honest. Their customer service was better than I expected. I was thinking about getting a new dryer because ours wasn’t drying clothes right, but I decided to have the vent cleaned first to try to save money. That turned out to be the best choice! I had no idea the vent was so packed with lint. Maurice found that the vent was blocked and suggested switching out the soft vent for a solid aluminum one. He also showed me a huge amount of lint inside the dryer itself, all because of the blockage. Even though we always clean the lint screen, I couldn’t believe how much had built up. It’s a relief to know the fire risk is gone now.
