Dan was able to come out and quickly fix my AC on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable, good pricing, and no unreasonable up selling (despite me having an old AC unit).

When I called Air Recovery Heating & AC , the technician first told me to try a few small things to see if it would resolve my issue before a service call (not trying to just take my money..Awesome). Called them back and Tech came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday, was professional and not pushy and and fixed all my issues under 30 minutes! And the cost was reasonable compared to other companies.. I would highly recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

My AC stopped working on a Sunday and the house was heating up fast. I called Air Recovery and they arrived within an hour. Tony and Dan were super nice, inspected the system, and ran through all of the options with me. My AC is back up and running now and I couldn't be happier with their services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I love finding a locally-owned small business that I can trust. They’re responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They got me scheduled and taken care of so quickly and were great about working around my, somewhat challenging, schedule. I was pleased to find them to be very conscientious about doing the research to put together a quote for me for an additional project that I inquired about. And they made sure to let me know to reach out if I have any issues with the repair they performed because they’ll take care of it. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

These guys are the best in the business. Came out and immediately diagnosed my AC issue on the 20 year old unit, presented us with multiple options, and had it fixed same day. Clearly very experienced and knowledgable about these systems. Currently sitting in a nice cool house because of Air Recovery Heating & AC. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: Nearly 4 years after they helped me originally, I called Air Recovery again and they came back out to my home because my a/c was not working. As it was 100+ degrees outside, it was way too hot to live without air conditioning, and Tony and Dan were awesome about coming out right away and fixing my a/c system. Now thanks to Tony and Dan all is right at my house again and I am a happy gal.

Very honest and reliable. Had Air Recovery come out for a 2nd opinion on an $800 estimate in repairs for my heating system which it turns out were not needed at all. Will definitely call them again.

Air Recovery was quick to send someone out. Dan was incredible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we weren't over-paying for what might have been a really simple fix. Very trustworthy, quality work, and fair prices! They worked on the back end to get the part we needed as soon as possible and resolve the issue with our HVAC system.

I bought my house four years ago and found Air Recovery soon thereafter. Had them look at my AC system since you never know what's the real story on a used home. Tony and his crew did an almost forensic examination and basically told me the system is underpowered for my square footage and the ducting wasn't done correctly. He had some of the major issues fixed in a day and put me on a maintenance schedule to make sure we're taken care of in these crazy summers of ours until we're ready to upgrade to something more appropriate for our needs. These are some of the best guys in the business and would recommend them to anyone!

I was very dissapointed in the HVAC service I received from this company. I'll try to explain my issue:
1. When I called to schedule an appointment, I informed the person tha I need my system checked and cleaned to make sure it was ready for the summer months. I was told the service would include the coil cleaning inside and outside. i hadn't had the coils cleaned in a about 3-4 years.
2. The day of the service, the guy came out, opened the hvac closet and looked around the pipes and did some test - i'll take it from what I was told he was checking the pressure. Second, he went outside and hosed down the coils on the outside unit, then tested the freon and said it was all working properly. Third, he went into the attic to check the ductwork - he said it was okay - he ran his hands through all the ductwork and didn't feel any leaks. I added blown-in insulation last year and in some areas it didn't seem disturbed so hard to verify this was done through the whole line as should have been. Fourth, when he came down, he went and go his clipboard with the invoice. I asked if the inside coils were going to be cleaned as I didn't see him attempt to open up the unit - he said, due to age of the unit ( I already knew it was old), he said we risked the coils leaking if he opened the unit up - no attempt, just a flat out statement. I really couldn't dispute it. fifth - He flushed the line, i guess as I saw him take a tool inside that was the size of a pen and perhaps what looked like a pump at the end - not sure what that was. After I paid and he left, I didn't feel good about it and called the office to confirm, the price included the cleaning of the coils - same "Glenda" lady confirmed it did but wanted to speak with the technician about it. After a few, she said she was told the same reason (age of unit) for not cleaning the coils. Sadly, instead of making it right, or even attempting to clean the coils, she gave me credit instead of cleaning the coils. So now, according to a duct cleaning service this morning, i should have had the coils cleaned and rinsed off outside. He said i should get an HVAC company to come clean them - sadly, I thought i had and he said they should have cleaned them by pulling the coils out. I'm very dissapointed with this company because they almost left before I inquired about the inside coils - It was only after I brought it up that i was given the "old unit" excuse. Then when I called the office and got the same thing, i figured this company was not going to make it right but make it convenient for themselves. I won't be using them again and recommend others to beware.
