I had a wonderful experience with Alamo Austin Air Conditioning & Heating. I had called a bigger commercial company for an issue with my heater the day before. I won't put them on blast by name-dropping but they tried to tell me my whole system was broken and I should replace the whole thing for 13k. I called Alamo for a second opinion and my Tech Austin was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. My unit was fine and I just needed a fan replacement. Austin replaced it so fast and my heater worked again in under an hour. Can't recommend this company enough and they will be my go-to moving forward. Nice to see there are still honest places like this out there.

Angel & Jarrett arrived on time. I had the coil replaced. They were both professional & polite. Jarrett explained how, why, & with what they were purging the system with. The installation went smoothly. It took 4 hours for the installation. Alamo Austin AC & heating is my go to company now. I recommend to my neighbor's & family. Thank you for your prompt service. My home is cold & comfortable again.

Erick communicated his arrival time via text and arrived when promised. The work began immediately. The project of removing the entire HVAC system and installing a new efficient system was done in less 8 hours. System training and review was provided. Erick even helped to troubleshoot a complex drain line problem that was not in his scope. We appreciate the professionalism and timeliness of the effort.

Noah Z. was the tech I met with and he is a standout in HVAC techs. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough HVAC tune up! He was also great at explaining what he saw and making recommendations. Perfect combo of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And no hard sell!

I will use Alamo Austin going forward, and I highly recommend them!

Great experience with Alamo Austin Air on a new heat pump and air handler install. I thought I could get by this winter on our emergency air strips after our heat pump went out. Since we just moved into the home we were not anxious to spend the money needed to fix our actual problem. After a few cold day we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and replace the whole system as it was aging and seeing multiple issues. Could not be happier with our decision and the quality work done by the guys at Alamo. Installation was painless, clean, well done, and not a scratch or ding on our newly painted walls or floors (another reason we were hesitant to replace). Thanks again, we will be returning to Alamo Austin Air for any and all future maintenance and repair.

This was a awesome experience with Noah very knowledgeable walked me thru everything he did. He fixed our problem and we have heat to finish out this cold this winter. Thank you for coming out to help us.

Our AC started blowing warm air the hottest week of the year (end of August). We contacted alamo Austin air and they sent a great technician, Ivan, to help us. Unfortunately he couldn’t find anything wrong with our unit initially, as it started blowing cool again before he arrived, so he cleaned it thoroughly and flushed the exhaust. A couple of days later later, the issue occurred again and they sent Ivan back within an hour. Motor needed to be replaced on the outside unit. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt and professional service we received!

Great job. Noah arrived on time got right to work. Found a part that was functional but was below specs. Did not pressure me to replace it now. But out of caution I told him to install a new one so that the part would not fail at a bad time.

We have had service from Sonny twice for both our upstairs and downstairs 25 years old A/C. Sonny is the best technician ever and most knowledgeable person about air conditioner. We highly recommend him and have referred to our friends already.

I just got a new Carrier HVAC system put in by Alamo. I went with Alamo because they were highly rated on Yelp and Google, the owner Jason spent 45 minutes with me going over all the options with me, and the great price and warranty they offered.

Alamo is always quick, friendly and staffed by experts who will fix your problem, explain it to you as thoroughly as you like, and be nice to your dog too! We’re really grateful that Alamo has been there for us. When our AC broke with a newborn in the house, they brought a portable AC on a weekend so our little one could be comfortable.

Noah was great. Right on time, very knowledgeable, personable, & even gave us tips to keep our A/C running smoothly. He even hung out for awhile to make sure it reached a certain temp before he left. Great experience, & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a an A/C repair.

Eli and team did an on-time and thorough job installing my new central A/C. They cleaned up aftwards and were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Everything started up and worked like a charm.

I had been satisfied with the performance and electricity consumption of my 19 year old single stage unit, but my new 2-stage Carrier is a surprising and appreciated upgrade in comfort and economy. Erik did a great job walking me through the different types and I think led me to the correct decision for me.

Austin was fantastic, I would have never thought I'd get the level of service he provided. Austin definitely goes above and beyond. He diagnosed the problem with me standing by and explained that a capacitor had gone bad. He then was able to look up my warranty with American Standard and found that this part was covered by warranty
...amazing!! And furthermore, he went over my system and concluded everything else was in great shape. I could not be happier with Austin's attitude, work ethic and degree of knowledge. I have found my new company for HVAC issues, Alamo Austin Air rocks!!!

They were able to fit me in for a repair and Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and provided a ton of insight, which I was thankful for. I would absolutely recommend them for any AC and Heating needs.
