Showed up on time same day and assessed the situation. Made repairs but pointed out that it might recur and require replacement in the future. Tech was personable and provided an estimate for replacement of condenser and coil if needed. I would likely get a second (or third) opinion in that case, but I'd have no problem buying from them or having them work on my system.

Blue Sky Heating And Air - - - Let me first say I do not do write ups very often. Reason being is ever job is different and every customers satisfaction level as well. I am writing this review because the Professionalism and the JOB DONE at my house installing my new AC and Heat was Second To None !!!! It’s a family owned company and they were absolutely fantastic. From the time I got on the computer and scheduled my appointment to the time they finished they were Outstanding. I have worked in retail for the past 39 years and have dealt with many refrigeration issues throughout the years with countless companies and professionals. I could not ask for a better company to have taken care of our needs and the job that was done so quick and well. I know time of year helps because when the heat gets here you may have to wait a bit to get help. But for my money I will use Blue Sky again wether their backed up or not. Make no mistake I speak from a lot of experience these people are the ones you want working for you. They take care of their customers like family. Super People Great Work and I’m one happy customer!

Blue Sky did a great job providing timely estimate then rapidly completed replacement of my aging HVAC system. They provided best price of 4 estimates & were able to do the work in a day! Very professional

My AC unit was not cooling so I contacted my warranty company and they contracted Blue Sky. I was without a working AC for 2-1/2 days. It was very miserable but tolerable. This is not a reflection on Blue Sky but due to current weather conditions it seems a lot of people are having AC issues. My scheduled appointment with Blue Sky was @ 1pm Friday the 15th but Ron called and was there 1/2 hour earlier. He asked me what was wrong I told him, so he checked the outside unit. Tested the capacitors, replaced them, problem solved. I've had Blue Sky come out for other AC issues a few years back and they have always been very professional. They do great work. Thanks, Ron for answering all my questions and helping me understand better how the AC unit works. Gil

The professionals at Blue Sky are friendly, personable, and most importantly, they get the job done. Jose was exceptionally helpful. He explained what he was doing and showed us how to maintain our unit going forward.

Blue Sky was fantastic! Ron their service technician was knowledgeable and identified the issue with my system quickly. He offered a few options for me to consider and answered all my questions. Very professional and honest! I will definitely be using Blue Sky going forward.

Ron was just great! He let me know he was en route and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He was totally prepared, kept social distance, and went straight to work on the compressor! I did tell him that a capacitor had been replaced about 3 years ago. After about 20 minutes I felt cool air blowing again! Soon he was at my door and explained all his checkpoints. He replaced the capacitor with a US-made one that should last a long time, I did not need Freon, and he said for the age, that my AC is in good shape (14 yrs). I highly recommend this provider!!

Our AC stopped working and our home warranty company sent out Blue Sky. They were very competent and easy to deal with. They ended up replacing our condenser, which luckily was covered under warranty. Very happy with our experience and will be using them in the future - but hopefully not real soon.

We have had and continue to have a great experience with them. We had a few other bids and there's was great, plus due to location to put in new A/C system in a cramped space, when others said no.They worked hard. Great staff. Considerate, kind and professional. Thank you to all. Blessings

Blue Sky Heating and Air did an outstanding job for a great price! I got a new Trane AC and furnace for under 10K and through Wells Fargo they offer 18 months with 0% interest financing! Ron and team were very professional and they did a flawless installation that included a WiFi thermostat. I love being able to control the temperature from my phone. Additionally, they filed the warranty paperwork for me and emailed me a copy. Thank you SO much!

I found Blue Sky Heating & Air through my home warranty, American Home Shield, after the first company assigned to my furnace emergency cancelled twice. Due to this I requested a transfer to another company. AHS contacted Blue Sky and they came out the same day! With the temperatures below 32 degrees I really appreciated their quick response. Andy kept me updated with his arrival ETA. Once on-site he was very professional and informative. I appreciate a company that not only tells me what they are doing, but also thoroughly explained it.

Once the issue was diagnose Blue Sky quickly located and ordered the part. As soon as the part arrived they scheduled install for the same day. Ron installed the part and was also very professional and very detailed in all the work he did.

Wow!! You will not regret hiring Blue Sky! They were beyond professional, I was home alone with my son when the technician arrived and he kept a professional distance, wore a mask and was very nice. Showed up on time, provided us with an amazing quote and we’re able to show up the next morning to install everything. Turns out we needed a whole new system so they returned the same day to set up a temporary wall unit to help keep us cool for the night. They didn’t leave a single trace of being in our home except a cool temperature. Wonderful service and very trustworthy! You will not regret hiring Blue Sky!!

Blue Sky Heating and Air is awesome!!! They came out the next day after I called and spent quite a bit of time looking in the attic to see why I was not getting more hot air into my home. They discovered the problem and came back out the next day and efficiently repaired the problem. Hooray!!! My heater is now working up to its potential. The personnel were kind, respectful, efficient and got the job done!!! I will be using Blue Sky Heating and Air from now on. I will also refer them to my friends.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service for HVAC. Ray thoroughly tested every part in the indoor and outdoor units and ensured they are in perfect order. Definitely recommend them for HVAC tune-up.

Our condenser fan and compressor would not come on on our air conditioner so we filed a claim and our warranty company created the work order for Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC to come out and fix the issue. Like I always do I looked them up and from what I could tell from all the reviews they were an excellent company. And like always I am always skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Ron was sent out by Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC. He called before hand and said he was on the way. When he got here he was very professional and courteous. I was talking to him while he was working outside and realized that I was probably bothering him. I told him I would leave him a lone to do his work and he said that I wasn't bothering him at all so we talked more while he was working. He was very fast in troubleshooting and finding the problem. Hand the part with him and had it changed in no time. He was very knowledgeable. If this is the type of service that Blue Sky Heating and Air LLC provides I can see this being my go always even outside of going through my warranty company. I recommend them A++

We had a great experience with blue sky. They not only diagnosed the issue with our AC but didn’t try to upsell and scare us about other things being wrong with the system. We had multiple companies evaluate our system and all suggested more work than needed.
Not only blue sky fixed the issue promptly, they gave us the best price. Very honest and professional technicians. We highly recommend them.

I used them for a regular maintenance and tuneup before the summer season began. The technician was professional and nice and my overall experience was good. He did not try to sell me a replacement system or upgrade even though my unit was on its last legs and was old. He suggested regular maintenance checks and upkeep to let the system keep going since it was still in good working order. He also gave me valuable information of what to expect later down the line when the system does eventually fail and what to do. I'd use them again and would recommend. Thanks!

Everyone at Blue Sky Heating & Air were professional and courteous. It was not economical to repair my AC unit and the initial tech was honest and provided me options to repair it as well as giving me information on options to replace the unit altogether. Blue Sky was able to come out and replace the entire unit the same week. Both techs that installed were extremely professional and took great pride in their work and even swept my garage when they were done with the project. I could tell there were no shortcuts taken through the whole process.

Joyce who handles the scheduling and billing was excellent at breaking down the information and also helped me understand my options with my insurance company provider. Joyce responded to my calls and text messages promptly. I could not have asked for better service.

Ultimately, the pricing was right and the lowest I have come across with any local AC company in Austin.
