Frank Barbera was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Fixed our AC unit after others couldn’t fix it. Immediately diagnosed it and fixed it. Elite is lucky to have him!

Frank helped us get our HVAC back up and running quickly. He explained everything well and was super helpful. I will definitely use him again when I have any hearing and air issues.

Desmond was prompt and quick to resolve the issue , even when it was an after hour call!

Jay replaced our faucet. He was very knowledgeable and even spoke to Delta on our behalf for the warranty. Hard working and nice guy!

We had Miguel work on some of our WSHP's this week and he did an exceptional job in making sure he found a solution to main root cause of the issues we were having.

He went above and beyond to figure out what needed to be done with our units, and didnt stop working until it was figured out, his communication on what work was being done and what needed to be done was also top notch.

I definitely would recommend Elite for all your air conditioning and plumbing needs, everyone on this team is great to work with and they do a great job of keeping you in loop of the scope of work that is being done.

They did a great job installing a brand new AC unit on short notice! Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful during and after the install had completed. Gary even helped turn the vents the right way round to ensure maximum comfort in our home! Really appreciated everyone’s willingness to provide a wonderful service/experience! Highly recommend!

My experiences with Elite Plumbing have always been good. Today was no exception. Damon arrived on time, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and seems to take personal pride in doing excellent work—which he did. Madyson, in the office, was terrific at communicating with me and insuring that everyone was always on the same page. I can’t close without saying Damon really went the extra mile today to get everything finished in a day.

This is the best AC company we’ve ever used. Frank was extremely professional and got our home cooling in short order. I will definitely use Elite Air again and I highly recommend

Wil was onsite to handle a water pressure and was able to quickly diagnose and present a solution. Very professional and helpful with additional maintenance tips.

July 2025 update:
Frank came out to do preventative maintenance. He was friendly, professional and gave us great tips for preserving our HVAC investment. Thanks again Elite HVAC team!

For our renovation, we had a new HVAC system installed by Elite Air-conditioning. Afterward, we were happy to learn that they provide preventative maintenance to help keep Hvac in tip-top shape. From scheduling to maintenance, the service is consistently excellent. From Caelen to Leonard, and Frank, the technicians, have been on-time, and professional and provided helpful tips to help improve the ongoing performance of our system. We highly recommend the Elite team!

A fine young man named Wil came by as an emergency on a Saturday night. He was very meticulous, and even cleaned up the mess that WE had made before his arrival! Five star service!

We called in for an emergency service and Desmond L. came pretty quickly and resolved our issue. He is professional and did a great job!

Frank Barbera came today to see why my AC wasn’t working. He was wonderful! Explained everything he was doing and checking. Fixed the issue quickly. Was great with my pets and made sure to watch they didn’t escape when he went in and out. Overall a great experience!

Knocking the outdoor fan unit off its pad with my riding lawnmower was not a good thing to do. I called Jessica who came to my rescue when she got Frank and Glass out to my house in no time. Galloping up like heroes, they quickly put it all back together and double-checked the unit was functioning properly. Friendly, competent, and full of enthusiasm, Frank and Glass have my thanks. Jessica, too.

Frank showed up when he said he would, on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We were back up and running in 30 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I called Elite when we couldn’t get our heater to work and they had a technician out the same day. Sasha was friendly and did a great job troubleshooting the issue, determining that the part was still under warranty, and quoting an accurate price. They showed up on time and did the job quickly. Got our heater working just in time for the freeze! Will definitely use them again when needed.

I contacted Elite about replacing my AC unit and they had a tech out same day. Nick was very helpful and honest, and he passed me along to his sales counterpart Herman. I got many quotes and Herman was the most helpful, and the Elite quote had the most information. He gave me the details without talking down to me, and patiently answered all my questions. He seemed really passionate about his work and helping customers. He scheduled install for the day after I placed my order, and Edwin and his team showed up early and got right to work. They were very nice and professional and cleaned up everything when they were done which is saying a lot because it was a drizzly, muddy day. Gary also stopped by to make sure everything was going well with the install. Literally everyone I dealt with was a pleasure, and I’m not easily impressed. Highly recommend.

Jay of Elite is so patient, thorough and capable. We have used Elite for many years but I have never written a review! Glad to recommend Jay and Elite. I keep singing that song on the loop--BTW--cannot get it out of my head.
