My outside unit started making a horrible grinding noise at 2am. Panicked and googled, found PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning had 24/7 AC Repair. Technician arrived in under an hour, found the fan motor bearings were gone, replaced it on the spot from his van stock. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone, no midnight upcharge nonsense. Back to quiet cold air in 45 minutes. Lifesavers, literally.

Old rental property tenant complaining no cool air, I’m 3 hours away. Called PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning and they handled everything – diagnosed bad capacitor over the phone pics, went out same day for air conditioning repair, sent me before/after photos and invoice. Tenant happy, I didn’t have to drive 6 hours round trip. Fair price and great communication the whole way. Will use them for all my properties now.

Needed emergency work when the heat went out during a cold snap. PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning sent hvac contractors the same morning I called. They diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger super fast, gave me options without pressure, and had the new furnace installed by dinner. The house warmed up evenly for the first time in years. Polite, knowledgeable, left the place spotless. Best hvac contractors I’ve ever dealt with hands down.

We finally decided to replace the 25-year-old furnace and AC combo before winter. After three quotes, PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning had the best price on a high-efficiency system and their hvac installers actually showed up on time (twice the other companies were no-shows). The crew worked clean, explained the new thermostat app, and even fixed some old duct leaks at no extra charge. House has never been this comfortable and the energy bill dropped almost 40% already. Real professionals from start to finish.

Had a complete meltdown with my AC unit during the hottest week of summer, temp inside hit 92 degrees and the kids were miserable. Called PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning at 8pm and they had a tech at my house by 9:30. Found the compressor was shot but instead of pushing a whole new system he rebuilt what could be saved and had cold air blowing strong again before midnight. Honest pricing, no scare tactics, just straight air conditioning repair done right. Saved me thousands and my family slept comfortable that same night. Highly recommend these guys when you’re desperate for fast, reliable service.
