Jeff was great. He communicated promptly what the issue was and gave me insight as to what my next steps should be. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Erik. He came out, gave me a clear quote, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was extremely professional, easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything. I’ll definitely be using him and Radiant again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

Preston was our tech today and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to service our hot water tanks and also fixed the problem with one of our tanks that wasn't heating up. The service today was covered under our warranty . So, I don't have a price to put with this service.
Preston was quick and efficient. I would say he is a great asset to Radiant Plumbing.

Manny, with Radiant was great. He came out on a Sunday to fix a leaky pipe. Showed up with a smile and was friendly. After looking at the issue, giving me options, he quickly & accurately completed the job. He cleaned up & explained the warranty. Not that I want plumbing issues, but if I have another, I’d want Manny on the job

Steve Albert senior technician is good. He is knowledgeable, and customer friendly! But he forgot to email me a copy of my invoice. The technicians, Juan Rojas and Mason Washington are the BEST! Worked fr 9-4pm without taking a break, never got or touched their cellphones, didn’t even see them sit down. They cleaned after themselves not leaving any trash and explained every detail on what was going on. These kind of workers are rare in these day and age, so hold on to them or compensate what’s good for them because they leave a nice reputation to customers. Making customers satisfied!

Brenden did a great job helping with our main line water leak! I called Radiant around 5pm letting them know I had found a leak in my main line and everything was fixed by 9:30pm! He was easy to work with, found the leak fast, communicated well throughout the process and kept me informed during each step.

Brenden was incredibly helpful today when he came to descale/flush our water heaters. He was very knowledgeable and an absolute joy. Brenden even pointed out some concerns with gas connections installed by a different provider. I would have never noticed and I’m incredibly thankful for his observation.

Radiant was very prompt with their response and continued communication throughout the process. Erik Stratton was the technical expert that was sent to fix our water heater and he knocked the experience out of the park! Great customer service and knowledgeable about his craft. Definitely recommend this company for commercial and residential needs!

Paul was exceptional at diagnosing the issue with our hot water system. He was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about what it would take to get everything back up and running efficiently. I highly recommend Radiant not only for their excellent customer service, but also for their fair and competitive pricing.

David B serviced the gas line on my dryer and was friendly, professional, and very nice (and great with dogs!). He explained everything clearly and did excellent work. I’d highly recommend him as a servicer. Overall, Radiant was great—this was my second time working with them, and they were timely and helpful once again.

Steve Albert was the Master Plumber who troubleshot and diagnosed my plumbing issue and Mike Tovar was the tech who did the fast and exceptional plumbing repair. Really phenomenal response time, diagnosis, and repair work by these two! All piping issues diagnosed and fixed 24hours after I requested help following a leak. Excellent turns and I now have hot water before my guest arrive. Highly recommend Radiant - thank you!

Brendan did a fantastic job on a very challenging pipe break we had. Very personable, professional and informative. Thankful he resolved the issue and left us in much better shape for the next storm. Highly recommend!

Brent was excellent not only did he fix my problem. He went thru all bathrooms, water heater, and checked water pressure. When he was done he went over in detail trouble areas in my house.
My big concerns I will fix at another time with Brent. This outstanding service is what Radiant stands for,

Huge thanks to Paul G. for the help today! He was very punctual and got straight to work. He didn't just fix the problem; he took the time to explain the "why" behind it, including how our house pressure affects the warranty. We also asked for an estimate on a cracked toilet replacement and received a very fair price. It’s hard to find such thorough advice and service on a weekend.

David B came by and quickly and efficiently helped flush our tankless water heater - very friendly and knowledgeable! Helped identify some other areas of concern (thankfully) that would have otherwise created a lot more issues! 10/10 in service, knowledge and friendliness. Highly recommend, will be calling David and Radiant soon for follow up service!

The company self is very professional. They called me to understand the issue and quickly took the action to solve the issue for me. I was happy to receive their excellent customer service. That explained why this company could earn so many outstanding stars because they care their customers!

Radiant replaced our 17 year old HVAC system in a matter of hours. The entire process from a consult with Matt, to setting a replacement day was seamless.
Technicians Travis & Terrell worked non-stop, kept us updated, left the worl area spotless.
Ishmael & Pablo were efficient with duct cleaning throughout the house also.
Great customer service & workmanship!
We use Radiant for all our Plumbing issues.

Juan came out to our office to finish the repair that started yesterday and was phenomenal! He spent most of the day here ensuring that every part that needed to be removed or replaced was re-installed properly. He made sure to speak with our warehouse manager to explain what the issues were, what he did as far as the repair and answer any questions that needed answers. Will definitely call them back out for any other plumbing issues.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to express how incredibly pleased I was with the service your technician provided recently. They were truly outstanding!

What really struck me was their incredible professionalism and how genuinely honest and straightforward they were throughout the visit. On top of that, their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience feel so much smoother and more positive. It's not every day you encounter such a great combination of skills and attitude!

Michael was the tech that arrived. He was great. Was able to clear my drain and made some great suggestions to make sure it stays that way! There was some attempt to upsale services, which is expected. He was not pushy in any way, just doing his job.

I had posted a negative review earlier that I absolutely must amend. After Radiant realized that I had had a negative experience, I was called and David came to review our problem. He was absolutely amazing. It turned out that we needed to replace our water heater so David worked diligently for a full day getting it installed. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate Radiant and David’s service.
