AJ was incredible! Plumbing is not in my wheelhouse but he made a complicated set of issues easy to understand and offered several options for repair to work with my budget. He was thorough and efficient and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be using SALT from now on for all my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs!

Recently experienced some electrical issues in my home. I checked my breaker box and one breaker was tripped. It wouldn't reset so I called SALT. They promptly dispatched an electrician (Enzo M) to diagnose the problem. When he arrived, he spent about 20 minutes assessing the situation and concluded it was a problem with City of Austin transformer. I called the city and they took care of the problem (the neutral was down so we were getting 240 volts instead of 120 to our outlets). Big save by Enzo. Both Enzo and SALT were very professional and genuinely concerned. Kudos for a job well done. BTW, this was all done on a Saturday night starting at 5:45.

Our lead technician, Marcos, was extraordinarily professional, and I really appreciated his dogged persistence. Other electrical work was completely without issue. Overall, the whole team was super friendly and fantastic.

Special shoutout to Austin Potter for putting in the effort to finally solve a very tricky interior LED lighting issue.

I had an electric service appointment today with Enzo Maciel from SALT Plumbing Air & Electric, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment he arrived, Enzo was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous. He took time to listen to my concerns, walked me through what he was checking, and explained everything in clear, simple terms—no jargon, no pressure. He treated my home with care, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was safe and tidy before he left. The level of customer service and attention to detail Enzo showed made the whole experience stress-free. If you need electrical work done, ask for Enzo—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Christian and Spencer were top notch from start to finish. They were super knoledgable and shared some great info with my as a homeowner. Salt delivered a 5 star service. Thank guys.

Had an emergency issue Halloween night and Marcos was able to get out quickly and solve the problem. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I would definitely recommend SALT and will use them again.

Ross was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient about getting the hvac maintenance done. From the beginning of the appointment he was unbelievably focused on delivering the best customer focused delighted experience. He took amazing care in explaining everything and made us feel at ease. Regan and Brandon were able to get to our house really fast, did an amazing job, explained everything to where we could understand it, and did not pressure us into anything. We will continue to use Salt for our electrical issues!

Had a great experience with SALT on an electrical issue. Itzel was incredibly knowledgable and efficient. She diagnosed our issue and replaced a very complicated SMART ceiling fan in just a few hours while conducting a whole home electrical review pointing out a few things we could fix or update to make our home safer. Highly Recommend!

Marcus and his associate have come 3 times before and he performed his job efficiently. The electrical work ranged from fixing my EV charging unit, inspecting 2 old electrical boxes and installing a new box for a high hanging spot light. He also disconnected old switches and put new ones in the circuit box, connected 2 other spot lights that had fallen from 2 bad freezer. SALT senda out very professional service people. Feel confident if you decide to use them!

Jason, Levi, and team were very courteous and gave me a lot of good information to make the right choice for my service option. We talked about benefits of all options and potential cons of each as well so I felt like I had all my questions answered, clear cost for the project, and they did an amazing job on the project in a quick period of time.

Great job Zak McDonald at SALT. Very quick and knew what he was doing. New 4 prong outlet install on ceiling for projector in less than an hour.

Nice job with quick service scheduling next day too. Will work with SALT again.

I’m beyond impressed with SALT. I called today to schedule a tankless water heating flush and learned they also offer HVAC services. It made total sense to sign up for their membership which also included an electrical safety inspection. Itzel & Tony came out a few hours later for the electrical safety inspection and uncovered a concerning safety issue in our breaker box that they were able to expertly resolve along with solving the mystery of the never-ending flickering light we had just disconnected over a year ago. They were incredibly professional, clearly take pride in their work, and cared for our home as if it were their own. SALT is lucky to have these two on their team!

Austin, Spencer and the office staff I spoke with at Salt Electric were super awesome! Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and made tackling the job super smooth and convenient. Austin and Spencer arrived on time, gave me a 30 min heads up call, diagnosed the issue thoroughly, gave me several options to choose from and then completed the work with parts they had on the truck. Easy Peasy! I will definitely use Salt in the future!

Rashad was here to do a electrical check. He was diligent and efficient. He and his partner inspected the whole house quickly and reported mostly good news. The were both very professional and personable.

Replaced outdated and failing sub panel that caused a partial power failure in my home. Christian and crew did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. The following day the panel was replaced quickly and I was back up and running faster than expected. All of the SALT crew were polite and friendly.

Louis showed up right on time and introduced himself. Very polite and respectful young man. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions. And then proceeded to get the work done. He was spot on about the timing and the things we would notice. He explained what he did and showed me pictures of the work. I was very impressed with him and his work, as well as Salt Service Co.

Christian and his partner were timely, courteous, and professional. I called Salt to help with an EV charging station installation. All within the same day that I called them, they came out quickly, evaluated what was needed, had all equipment and tools on hand, and installed an outlet in my garage for an EV charging station. Great experience all around.

On both of his service calls, Robert was polite and professional and went above and beyond to complete the requested work (water heater installation and outdoor faucet repair) and ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. He thoroughly explained any issues he encountered during the service calls and answered all of my questions regarding the installation and operation of the new water heater.

Edwin (and Ty) were pros. On time and on-demand with answers to any questions they have. They were great.

The company itself I will no longer use. I have now seen a repeated pattern in how their techs create issues that may or not be valid but some of them (not Edwin or Ty) lay it on thick with the importance of addressing the issue. Okay, so that's a sales training tactic - I get that. What I don't get is why they charge 10x on parts (vs a smaller mark up) and then 100x on their time which I fully get is necessary to pay for the time it takes, I don't however agree with their rates and for that reason I left b/c there are many just as qualified or better technicians at other companies who charge way less.

Salt has a great repuation and their customer service is actually great. There's something in their training methodology that doesn't work. Save yourself the time and hassle and skip the salt - it's not worth "bloat in your wallet"

We had Tommy come out when one of our electrical breakers kept triggering as soon as it was reset. He did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the issue (a light switch wire was getting too close to another).

I signed up for the annual membership and so then had Ryan come out to do our annual tankless water heater flush. Ryan did a very comprehensive whole house plumbing check as part of that and pointed out some existing and potential issues, which all rang true.

Both Ryan and Tommy had excellent communication and explanation of all the work done, and I'd highly recommend them.
