Elian was very respectful and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my unit (validating my assumptions on what could be wrong)! I am very appreciative of your services!

Alfonzo, Lorenzo and Marchely are all professionals and were an excellent team to work with, first weatherizing my old house, then installing a new HVAC system. Communication and work performance were great. Any concerns were promptly addressed. Solution Finders makes a project a smooth process.

Francisco was the technician that came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. In addition, he was very respectful that I had a meeting during the visit and was also great with my crazy dog!

It's hard when you really can't say enough good things about a company. Lived up to my expectations and beyond. Very smooth install of new heating and AC system with a brand name at a very reasonable price. Easy to communicate with and stayed in touch during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Francisco came to our house twice to service our air conditioning. He was polite, friendly and sympathetic to our situation. He was also very good with our overly energetic dog. I would absolutely recommend Francisco and his company to anyone in need of ac repair service

Elian came out this morning and diagnosed the issue. He was very careful, efficient and kind. Received approval for a new thermostat. Francisco showed up, installed the new thermostat and checked the outside unit and the unit in the attic. Everything was a okay. He showed me how to use the new EFFICIENT AND SIMPLER thermostat. Explained all features and benefits thoroughly. I could not be more happy with the 2 fine technicians and Most importantly April I think at the office keeping me informed. The Solution Finders AC and Heating Company are at the top of my list for future needs and concerns!!

Solution Finders performed exceptionally well. The entire team exhibited professionalism, compassion, and a clear sense of pride in their work. Edgar’s exceptional efforts deserve special recognition. My neighbor highly recommended Solution Finders, and I am now extending the same recommendation to others. Their services have been a genuine blessing. Thank you very much!

Came back the same day to fix our heat for us! Very grateful for Francisco and his professionalism! Thank you so much !

Francisco was the best. He showed me exactly what i need to know to troubleshoot this issue on my own to avoid any future A/C drainage issues. He accommodated our hectic schedule today and was here exactly when our appointment began. Can’t sing his praises any more. Awesome guy!

I’ve been a customer with Alfonso who started The Solution Finders since its inception, and I’m still completely satisfied after all this time. This company has true honest experts which are difficult to find these days.

I met Francisco today and he was so professional and friendly, breaking down all his findings from the inspection. I could tell he wanted to make sure I was educated and informed and he even was going to take his findings back to make sure I got the best solution. He was also the specialist that took care of my parents last year. Thanks Francisco!

I trust TSF with all my HVAC needs and have been recommending them to friends and family.

I'm impressed by the service!.

My tech Francisco - arrived when he said, was able to diagnose a complex issue - work with various parties to get the part and resolve it quickly

It is refreshing (no pun intended - AC humor ) when people are so good at their jobs. He was able to make an otherwise difficult situation easy for me.

Francisco was very knowledgeable, respectful and patient! He waited longer than he should have for landlord approval and saved us from a holiday weekend of comfortable 87F indoor temperatures.

Fransisco Martinez was the technician that arrived, and did an excellent job. In addition to arriving early, he was great at explaining the problem and the fix, and made sure we had no further questions before leaving. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Just had Edgar and his team from Solution Finders over, and they were amazing! They cleaned out all the ducts, checked the A/C system, and added insulation where it was needed. My home already feels so much cooler and more comfortable. The guys were super respectful, explained everything clearly, and got it all done quickly. Honestly, such a relief to find a team this reliable—I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Elian responded within 15 minutes and arrived within 2 hours of receiving my request for AC unit to be repaired. When he arrived he was kind and courteous, but also wasted no time in taking action to repair our AC unit. He also took some time to break down the issue in a way I could easily understand, and he provided me with some ways to avoid having similar issues in the future. He completely resolved the issue and repaired the AC unit in less than 40 minutes. He also took time before he left to answer my wife and my questions in full.

Elian did a tremendous job for us today. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received this afternoon from Elian and his company. Obviously, I highly recommend him if someone is dealing with a similar issue!

I had an excellent experience with Francisco Martinez who came out to service our HVAC system. He was incredibly quick, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he get the job done fast, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Super helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service. Highly recommend!

Francisco diagnosed my AC very carefully and correctly. He explained it to me sincerely. I’m very happy with the service.

A month ago I planed to replace 25 years old AC units. I called my AC contractor. He recommended his partner The Solution Finders AC & Heating, so I contacted the company. Francisco was the technician that came to my house and did the inspection. Two days later, he gave me quote. I accepted the deal. New AC units were installed in one and half weeks. I was very impressed with this company. 1) The price is resealable and within my budget. 2) They are very efficient. The team of 8 including Alfonso, Nelson, Ulises and Edgar and the rest work around the clock. The attic is very hot. The group of 3 takes turns. The project was done before 4 pm. 3) They are very skilled and professional. I am satisfied with whole installation and 100% recommend this company.

Francisco came out to my home to fix an AC leak, and he had the problem diagnosed with a temporary fix in place within minutes! He was prompt, so very polite and patient enough to explain the problem and solution in detail. I would absolutely recommend Francisco to anyone needing HVAC services.
