my wine room went down on a Friday afternoon. Christian and Spencer promptly came over and diagnosed it, ordered me a new Condenser and came back on Monday morning to install it and get my Wine room back down to temp. I have used Wansley for many years and have never been a dissatisfied customer. They always get the job done. Thanks guys for doing it so quickly this time!

These guys are absolutely outstanding. I had a high dollar wine cooler that quit working after three years. Nobody else would even look at it. They took it in, figured it out, repaired it, reasonable cost, quick turnover. Nothing more I can ask. And I live in Rockport Texas.

My A/C unit suddenly stopped working on a Friday afternoon in Texas in August. I took a referral from my neighborhood listserv and called Wansley at 3:30 pm. The customer service rep, Dana, quickly got my information and let me go so she could "call a tech before they clocked out for the weekend." Sure enough she got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know a tech, Bailey, was on his way.

Bailey showed up and took care of my clogging issue and was gone in less than an hour. He was professional and was super kind to my crazy pup, too. I'd recommend this service to anyone in dire straights.

Wansley has always been able to get a tech out to my place within 24 hours, and their pricing has been very fair. Both Bailey and Anthony are great. They're very knowledgeable and spent the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend these guys.

We used Wansley to install a new wine chiller unit in our home a couple of years ago and were having trouble with it when the weather got below 35 degrees outside. They came a couple of times last year to address, but no luck. This year they sent Christian to our home to look at the situation to see if it couldn’t be resolved. I won’t know until the next time the temp drops if it’s been fully resolved; however, Christian took the time to explain what he thought was causing the problem and came back with a part which hopefully fixed it. In addition, Christian called a week later to see if the unit was still working properly, which it is. I have found Bailey (the new owner), Jack and Christian pleasant and knowledgeable to work with and would recommend them if you are looking for a new wine chiller or other HVAC needs.
