Very professional commercial cleaning service. They come once a week after close of business on Saturday so we never have any interruptions while the business is open. We always look forward to a bright and fresh office and break room on Monday. Occasionally they leave little notes with reminders to purchase more trash bags, or paper towels which is nice since those items can often get overlooked until the situation is dire. Very reasonable price for our office size and needs. Highly recommend Jan-Pro.

My office has been using Jan-Pro of Austin for 7+ years now. Our franchise owner is extremely conscientious about her/her crews' work tending to our building. We very effectively communicate with one another in various ways. A bonus is that Nancy, a Jan-Pro Customer Service Manager, stops in a number of times through the year to check up on how we feel about the cleaning/janitorial service provided and she does a walk-through inspection! I have been beyond delighted with the service provided by Jan-Pro of Austin!

Jan-Pro has been a great partner for about 5 years at my office. They are very thorough and if I have an issue, they address it immediately. We are called on a regular basis to make sure we are satisfied with their work. I have even had them do carpet cleaning and window washing for me as add ons. In today's world it is very hard to find people who want to work, much less do it well. I can truly say that Jan Pro and their Team are not only hard working, they do their job exceptionally well and go above and beyond to make us happy. Our office has over 19,000 sq ft of space and each morning when we arrive back to work, our office is clean and refreshed. We have been using Jan-Pro for our office cleaning service for years, and they have always been absolutely WONDERFUL. The office always looks perfectly clean and tidy (and it’s a pretty large office!), their customer service is consistently extremely friendly and helpful, and they truly go WAY above and beyond to help with all of our oddly specific cleaning requirements. And they are actually happy to do so!! Which is a big deal to me, because that positive attitude tells me that they’ll do everything correctly and with care instead of begrudgingly. It is so difficult to find companies that deliver consistently great service (and customer service) across multiple years. Honestly, it can be hard to find a company that delivers consistently great service for even just a few months. But Jan-Pro has really been fantastic for such a long time, and always actually executes. We’ve never had a missed appt and we’ve never been unsatisfied with their work in the 4+ years we’ve been with them. Also, while all the Jan-Pro cleaners we have had have been very thorough, Adelaida is the person who currently services our office building, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I think she does residential as well, so definitely request her if you can!!

Jan-Pro of Austin has done a fantastic job with our office cleaning for the past 10+ years.
