One thing that seems to be constant in my experience with janitorial companies is a general lack of organization. Poor communication, inconsistency with overall quality and inability to stay on top of supplies are examples that come to mind. Fortunately the team at NAE Cleaning Solutions is solving these issues by implementing a great team and technology to improve it's janitorial services. An app allows clients to talk directly with management. They also perform randomized, detailed inspections to ensure quality exceeds expectations and employees can make supply requests on their phones directly through a supply management system. It's nice to see a company taking the initiative to improve upon a very neglected, yet essential service.
