Exceptional attention to detail, in both the design and build phase. Dorian was able to blend modern landscape elements with a more classic craftsman home, and the results are beautiful. He brought a strong design perspective and point of view, but also listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish for the family -- and he nailed it.
The crew is also great -- talented, conscientious, and industrious.

Working with Dorian Lerma of Collectivo Creative was a pleasure from start to finish. He was attentive to my ideas and budget. The project started when he said it would and was finished in one week. Dorian was reliable and responsive. I couldn't be happier with the results!
