During the service my garden tool disappeared. This is not how professionals act.The grass was not cut correctly and Marco cut my flowers.The email provided with a survey link is fake. This is a scam as other reviewers stated.When scheduling twice a month customer gets a text just prior to showing up.

I received all of the information and assistance setting up my account over the phone. The automated alerts keep me informed and updated on my services. The service was exactly when & what I expected and my yard looks great!

Let me just say that this issue has little to do with the person who performed the service.
1. Over a 48 hour period I was assigned numerous different people which made it impossible to send messages to the correct person as it kept changing.
2. Every customer service person I chatted with had fifferent answers to every
question I asked.
3. Email confirmed that work would be performed within 48 hours
4. When the lawncare staff arrived, I verbally confirmed, with him, the tasks I had requested. He said that he was only there to mow the front and back lawns. Nothing else. No edging or shrub trimming or cleanup. I had to show him a screenshot from the App that showed all services included with lawn mowing. (ie. edging and cleanup,etc.)
4. I was told by two different chat staff that it could be as much as 4-5 days for the work to be completed. Not the already confirmed 48 hour time period.
5. I had two services ordered, plus a quote for sodding service for my front yard.
6. When the lawncare staff finished the two services, he packed up, sent me a text, stating that he couldn't perform the sodding quote due to inclement weather. (specifically rain)????? We have not had rain for a few days and it was and ontinjes to be blue skies with not one cloud and no forecast for rain in the near future. Not sure how this became the reason for the rescheduling.Once again, this had little to do with the lawncare staff and all to do with inconsistencies and misinformation from the company.
