Proscape Landscaping holds the landscape maintenance contract for several of the condo communities I manage in the metro Austin area. I love the reports I receive, with pictures, after each service and their willingness to work with my boards. The recent addition of account manager, Shannon, has only made my approval of the company even more. She is proactive, follows up, and actually gets the job done when I request proposals! Ryan, the branch manager, has improved their performance over his time with the company and has an open door policy with all his clients.

I just feel so frustrated about this company. They don't take care of your business. It takes forever for them to even reply you. If there is 0 star. You will not see one star on my comment !!

It has been nearly a month since contacting them and we still can not get someone out to fix a short in our sprinkler system in our brand new house which is still warranty. Worried about a fire despite being turned off. Businesses get to call and we have been given the runaround by email. The managers seem to be unresponsive. Next step is the better business bureau.

Proscapes is great, always quick to answer, and very reliable.

The owners are great people and very trustworthy. We highly recommend them. They took my ideas and just expanded it way beyond what I can imagine.

Whoever is the driver for this company had no regard for human life. No turn signal was used and almost hit me. To top it off they starting honking at me for going the speed limit. Absolute joke of a company!

Proscape cuts the grass at my condo complex. They are supposed to come every week from May thru September and bi-weekly from October thru April.

As of today (September 9, 2025) they haven’t been here in over 2 weeks (which means a breach of the contract) and our grass is extremely overgrown.

Additionally, my texts, phone messages and emails have gone unanswered.

This is unacceptable and not the first time this has happened and frankly it’s time for us to fire them and get a new lawn service.

They weren't afraid to challenge our ideas either—their professional input actually saved the design and worked out much better than what we had planned.

They replaced old shrubs and added drought-tolerant plants that fit the Austin climate perfectly.
