I've used them for years and referred them out several times. Their prices are competitive, they are quick and efficient and have great customer service (when needed) year after year, from the spring clean to the fall.

Constantly break sprinklers by mowing too low and give you the run around instead of fixing it.

You'd get someone less incompetent and more responsible if you hired a neighborhood teenager.

As a Community manager i have worked with many landscape companies, many that you cant trust to do the job without being on top of them. Thank fully i met Brandon and Phil from Perfect Cuts and i must say it is refreshing to know such good quality can be achieved for such competitive pricing. Perfect Cuts is such a great company! I always get compliments about the community I manage. Trey and the team he has here do an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is terribly managed. Our HOA is unfortunately under contract with Perfect Cuts, and based on my experience I would never recommend them.

1. They have demonstrated an inability to adapt to a changing environment, and our neighborhood is in a rapid state of change. Instead, they complain, neglect any new or changed landscaping, and fail to communicate what is needed to get the job done correctly.
2. They do not accept critical feedback in a professional manner. Instead they become defensive and rude.
3. They do not take responsibility for their actions (e.g. killing plants, denying it and refusing to take measures to avoid it in the future).
4. They have openly stated an inability to effectively organize and manage their staff, saying quote: “I can’t tell my team where to cut and not cut...”.
5. They are not accountable, often making promises that are off the contract which then go ignored.
6. They do things that are not in our agreement and then use guilt to pressure negotiations later.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Poor planning and execution. All other issues aside, delays during our home-build had them plant our landscaping in December. They assured us the plants would survive the winter, they did not. Our close was January, and we’ve now simply paid for dead plants. Most notably, almost all 42 of our Texas Sage planted never came to life. Avoid this company.

Very Happy Customer! I have had Perfect Cuts take care of the landscaping and maintenance at my office for about 2 years now and have been very pleased! I am always impressed how they trim the bushes and plants, weed the beds, and pick up all of the fallen leaves without even requesting it. I get compliments on our landscaping/yard regularly. Great job guys. It's so nice to know that's it's so well taken care of.

Never heard from the company for a quote. Unable to give them a rating scene they didn’t get a quote to me almost two weeks.

The great work depends about who's coming for the labor. It could be done correctly or can be really bad ( missing spots, lighting broken,...). I don't recommand this company, so disappointed.

They came to cut my grass after not showing up for over a month. While weed eating part of my property their weed eater picked up a rock and it hit my truck window and shattered it. That was the last I heard from them we have tried to call repeatedly for several months left lots of voicemails and not a single response. I would definitely think twice about ever using them.

Irrigation installation was also installed very poorly. Did not install valves for drip system which needed to be installed. Tells you that you do not have a leak in the sprinkler system and you call ABC out to take a look and sure enough you do have a leak so you end up paying twice to repair a problem,

Poor communication in the company and tells you they will be out on a certain day and do not show up. Call the office and Teresa tells you they will be out another day, they do not show up on that day either.

I just can’t take it anymore from then on their word on saying they will do this or come out.

After having more than $500 in damage done to my sprinkler system, broken sprinkler heads, sprinkler valve covers, multiple areas where the lawnmower Diaz uses improperly scrapes the grass down to bare dirt. Rocks from beddings moved into the yard, concrete around the pool, which is coating with an expensive coating, damaged on every corner… after all of these things are pointed out to the Diaz representative I am asked why I’m just now calling them as if this is my fault don’t do business with Diaz

They are always on time, and their service is unmatched when compared to any of the other 3 lawn services I have used in the last 10 years. A+ for Diaz Lawn.

After hiring these guys, the curb appeal of my home went from a C- to an A+ for about 50% less than the lowest of the 3 other quotes!

Hiring Diaz Lawn LLC for my huge task at hand has been a very good experience. Mr. Diaz was prompt and courteous, and very fair on the bid. Several days later the crew came out to do the work. Everything I asked for was done to perfection and my 200 feet of fence line looks GREAT! No doubt, I will use them again for future work.
