Customer service is so important
-
When they say they close at 4:30 they mean 4:15.
-
Extremely High Turnover!
Piss poor management.
Don’t waste your time! -
They always take great care of me.
-
So the website and phone recording says closes at 5pm, nope 4pm.

Giraffe Tree and Landscaping has been getting the best costumers service all the time and tried my costumers like they are tried me!!

First I tried calling all morning and there was no answer. Then I drove over an hour to get there because it said they closed at noon well I actually got there at 11:45 and there was nobody there and I’m not very happy about this. Not very professional.

Friendly and knowledgeable the team was able to help me find exactly what I needed! Not to mention I had fun the entire time. Definitely will be returning!

I didn't really have an experience. I called, was immediately placed on hold, then disconnected after a couple of minutes. I called back, was immediately put on hold, waited about 5 minutes, then hung up and wrote this comment.

Went by they were closed. It's noon. The hours state they close at 1pm. The gentlemen refused to acknowledge us at the gate. Take your business else where.

Big selection of rock, gravel, pavers, and dirt. Always helpful and quick. After buying from them for several projects, I was trying something new. I wanted to build a metal night stand with a flagstone top. They helped me get down 4-5 layers in a stack to get what I needed. It was a $8 rock but they moved probably 30 rocks to help me get it. Just smiles at then end and asked if I would show them a picture when I was done. Great place.

Pulled up at 3:55 pm and was told it was too late to place a small order to finish a job because they close at 4 pm. They should post something online about latest order time possible then, I wouldn’t have wasted time. Luckily the next closest landscaping supply was only 10 mins away so still able to finish but what an inconvenience to rush to get there and be turned away.

Nice place good paver and different materials thanks

John was very helpful showing us different options for the decking of our pool. They have a lot of variety, place looks very organized and there's parking lot. Masks required.
-
Nancy was extremely helpful in teaching me about my landscaping options, things to consider, and connecting me with contractors. I later called the store for delivery questions and faced no issues in getting support.

Megan and her crew are fantastic. They were responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. We've been completing an extensive yard remodel in stages since 2021. They completed a lueder stone path which included grading and removal of old gravel, installed 2 beds with metal edging and drip irrigation, planted a butterfly garden, and preformed winter clean up. We wanted the planting and winter clean up completed in a relatively short time frame since we were hosting a party at our house and they were able to accommodate. After a terrible experience with the first company we hired for the largest stage of the remodel, we'd been hesitant to hire another company. I'm so glad we reached out to Fertile Ground Gardens. It was a complete 180 from the previous company. There were some minor book keeping issues which they handled promptly and professionally. Megan only hires the best sub contractors and I can vouch for their work. We've recommended them to friends and plan to use them for any future work.
