We recently hired System Pavers to remodel our front porch stairs and walkway to enhance the curb appeal of our home. The timing initially seemed tricky, as we had a 16-day trip already planned during the dates the company wanted to begin the project. However, our contractor Rafael suggested they move forward while we were away, so the work would be complete by the time we returned—meaning we’d miss the noise, mess, and disruption of construction.

At first, I was a bit hesitant, but Rafael reassured me that he would treat the project as if it were his own. He truly followed through on that promise. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with regular texts, videos, and photos, always asking questions to make sure we were making the choices we wanted. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.
