Paul Dugas with Fox Service/Precision Heating performed a scheduled maintenance inspection on our 2 head mini split heat/ac apartment system today. I felt Paul was very competent in his review and assessment of our system. He explained what he had done and provided suggestions for service and having the unit cleaned. My thanks to Paul and Fox/Precision.

On my recent HVAC maintenance program check-up, both technicians, Noah and Joel, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost of the recommended service to fix an issue seemed rather high though. However, the fix appears to be necessary and I have a history with these folks, so it they will complete the work. As a long-time Fox customer, I have been fortunate to have had consistently good service over the years.

Technician Richard S. did a great job on the follow-up service call. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with.

Edan Brand from Fox industries did a great job for us! Very friendly and outgoing, all while explaining what the issue was and the repair that was needed. Fairly priced, overall happy with the service. You will not be sorry using them! Very professional!

John and Eduardo are an amazing team. Both are extremely professional, left my house cleaner then when they came, and explained every step of the process along the way. They got the job done right, the wiring of my panel looks extremely tight and clean and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Fox Services. Elizabeth and her team were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They did excellent work on our replacing the HVAC duct system. My husband works from home and stated he didn't even hear them working. How respectful and professional is that. WOW!

Communication was clear throughout the project, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of work was outstanding. If you’re in the Round Rock area and need HVAC work done right, I highly recommend Fox Services.

Yes! Lunch for Shane! Tech Shane Stone was outstanding, thorough, kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He went above board to answer all our questions, find answeres, and keep us informed. I will not have anyone else work on our Geo units in the future. He is a 5+.
I should have had more grace and kindness in my other posting. We all make mistakes and I should be more tolerant.

Shane and Elizabeth answered all my questions and did an outstanding job. Very capable, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Given that the part was under warranty, the labor cost seemed very high that’s why only 4 stars). We were very pleased with their recommendations and care given to help our system last.

Furnace went out for us to start the winter storm. We narrowed it down to what the issue could be, but was one we could not fix on our own so I reached out to Fox.

Understanding the road conditions may vary, the technician originally told me we would have someone there yesterday, which was pushed to today between 2-6.

I messaged in to confirm that time was still where they had us today, or if I should go elsewhere, and they said they hadn’t yet scheduled ANYTHING and that a dispatcher would contact me. They did and told me 6-11 pm.

I then receive a call saying that THAT appointment is now cancelled. We live in a high traffic area, no road issues or ice around and we have now had to wait an additional day for their assistance while our internal temp now drops to mid 40s.

This is either an absolute lapse of communication on their side, their dispatchers, or just blatant laziness to give a time then not book the appointment..

So, if you ARE looking for assistance in a time of need, I’d highly recommend quite literally anyone else.

A COMICAL update - they called me again. This time I missed it and returned the call. They told me they’d put me on the list for 2-6 today after they told me they’re not sending anyone out.

THEN called me back AGAIN to tell me they’re cancelling. What an absolute mockery of a receptionist team.
