My name is Brad Casebier, and together with my wife Sarah we have been owner-operators of Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning since 1999. We are passionate about providing great service and technical solutions to the Austin area, and having some fun along the way. You may have heard some of our great radio commercials, or seen our window display on San Gabriel. We are proud to represent Austin and have the opportunity to service your home needs.

Every year we get our ac serviced by Radiant, & every year we are impressed with them, but this year Christopher Randolph outdid them all, he was polite, personable & took so much time servicing our ac that I had to write a review. Thank you Chris, we hope you're still with the company next year.

I had a backflow issue in my guest bathroom in the middle of June. They sent a technician, not a plumber, to fix the issue. There was water damage. After mitigation and searching for contractors, the work has finally begun, but the contractor found that there is still a leak in the line that was supposedly fixed or condensation that was never addressed. I never received a receipt from this company for the "work" previously done. Though I have called multiple times to speak to someone, no one has returned my call.
