And Israel did an amazing job on transforming my home! I honestly had no idea how many amazing bright terra-cotta colors my roof actually consisted of. Once all of the black mildew and different shades of green lichen were removed, and almost like new roof was revealed! I used to have 15-year-old crêpe, myrtles that we're hanging on all corners of the house that allowed for mildew to develop on the stucco as well as the roof. That has all been removed and it looks as if I got a paint job. My Home goes up to three stories and I was very apprehensive that anybody could actually get onto the third floor. Israel accomplished this with ease and when I looked up and saw a human of a roofline, I almost had to giggle because he looked like an elf on the shelf! All three of these gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. They were kind and professional, and. Worked very diligently.
I appreciated that they took such care preserving my roses with a neutralizing spray. They were cognizant of the fact I am trying to list my home and needed to try to keep those petals in bloom for photography. Both of my neighbors voiced concerns to me about what could be potentially over spraying onto their property., Richard was super kind and polite, and took the time to reassure them that he was just neutralizing with a water hose. He even offered to access their property line to directly spray on their vegetation in order to
Reassure them that their trees and shrubs we're getting neutralized as well. A very pleasant crew that I would have no trouble recommending to a friend and in fact, I already have! I look forward to working with them in the future.😄

Called to have some pressure washing and window cleaning done at my home. Ricky was nothing but professional. Actually took the time to explain things to me and my wife, which we have not experienced with other companies before. The work turned out to be beyond our expectations. I responded to their Facebook ad and so happy I did. Our house had some mildew on the limestone that would not come off from our regular power washing. This crew got every inch of my outside stone and cleaned my windows for a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they were going to snd worked 7 hours in this 105+ temperatures. I live in Rim Rock in Driftwood. I would call them to get an estimate and we’ll worth the money to maintain your home!

Ricky was amazing! He was able to fit me into the schefule before the holidays. I had my whole house powerwashed, gutters cleaned and sidewalks, porch and a crazy long driveway cleaned. Couldn't believe how fair the price was....especially for how dirty the concrete was and how long my driveway is. I've already referred out Southern Shine to friends and neighbors who are just as happy with the results.

I just moved into a newly purchased home, and made the mistake of putting a coir doormat outside my front door. After the recent heavy rains, the mat heavily stained my sidewalk, and it was an unattractive mess! I emailed Richard from Southern Shine on a Friday evening, heard back from him within an hour and he was here to pressure clean the sidewalk at 9 am the next morning! It was a quick process and turned out looking much better than before! I would highly recommend working with Richard and Southern Shine for any pressure cleaning needs. Excellent job on a somewhat challenging house: very old windows and screens that are raised at least 8-10ft off the ground and covered in construction dust. The result was night and day better! Richard was professional, easy to work with and did a great job at a reasonable price.
