Jon did such a fabulous job on my old house in Travis Heights! My tenants were thrilled with the results. They even messaged me to let me know the awesome results before I could get over to see it in person. He soft washed the exterior, cleaned the windows and screens, power washed the sidewalks and cleaned the gutters. I am a repeat customer because Jon is responsive, polite and honest. I always get great results for the money spent. I highly recommend this business. I feel like I got so lucky when I found this business a couple of years ago. Jon’s maintenance keeps my rental properties looking their best.

Westlake Commercial Services did a very good job of cleaning our roof.
the process does bleach out some of the color of the tile and if anyone has a screened in porch that retracts I would recommend that you retract it as the process will stain the fabric.

Got an estimate then set up a time. The guys arrived on the money. Cleaned the metal roof and gutters. Washed all the outside windows. Very professional team. Johnny and his crew were neat and got the work done exactly as they advertised. I will definitely use them again.

The guys did a great job, were willing to make adjustments we requested. The windows were sparkling when the were done. They left our house in great shape. And the price was as agreed and was very reasonable.

John and Steve showed up right on time. They did a great job and were undaunted by our upstairs class enclosed patio even though they had to plant their ladders on the rocky sloping ground. Couldn't have been more pleased with their work and with the ease of scheduling with the office.

These guys were very professional. We needed to have our house painted while we were moved out, but prior to our renters moving in. Westlake H&C worked with us even when our calendars made it difficult to coordinate the work. I recommend them for any project, and do not dread painting projects anymore! We will use no one else when it comes to taking care of the painting of our home. PLUS, THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING! Even the floors' corners, where EVERY OTHER PAINTER leaves those constellations of paint dots. Not Westlake, if they got paint on the floor, we'd never know it, because they probably cleaned it immediately.
