Recently Joe Jaimes and the PSP crew completed removal of my vertical 4 x 8 Masonite siding which was 32 years old and really showing its age. It was time for replacement. Joe was my PSP contact and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through out the process. I had all the Masonite replaced with James Hardie lap siding and new paint applied. It looks so good, neat and new! The siding crew was very professional and installed the siding and cleaned up the construction debris very well. The paint crew did a nice job as well. I was really struggling with a color choice for the new siding and Joe tracked down a Sherwin Williams color wheel to help me decide on a color. Joe is also having a double pane window replaced for me as well. All my questions were answered promptly and throughly. Any special requests I had were completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend PSP for your siding and painting needs, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Joe and crew for a great job!

We recently hired Premium Siding & Painting to fully replace all wooden siding, with James Hardie board siding, on the 50+-year-old, 2-story duplex in south Austin that we own and live in. We paid for the work on our own, but were required by the insurance company to repair specific siding areas within 30 days. Gabriel, the project manager for Premium, quoted us a great price, gave us a three-payment schedule, started the work right away, prioritized the insurance-required areas, and finished the entire duplex on time. We were so impressed with Premium after this that we hired Premium to replace the entire roof as well, right after the siding project.

Gabriel was awesome! He communicated with me daily, answered all my calls, responded immediately to texts, and promptly solved all issues that popped up during the project. Gabriel is wonderful to work with - so kind, honest, and reliable. Every day, he worked diligently to make sure that every step of the work was done on time to our satisfaction. He came by every day to monitor project status, inspect the work, and answer questions. He and the siding team fully explained (and showed photos of) extra wood studs that needed to be replaced, and the add-on costs for them, if they exceeded the number of studs covered by the contract price.

The siding work was done by Adrian (team lead), Mario, and Chaparro. They are the best workers I have ever had work on the duplex over the past 30 years. Each of them is an exceptional carpenter, pays close attention to every detail, and goes above and beyond. It was amazing to see how much beautiful work they could get done in a day (or a half day!). As Adrian said when I first met him, “when we are done, your house will look brand new”, and they did exactly that. I could not be happier with the work they have done for us. They were super-friendly, and meticulously cleaned up the work area each day.

The painting work was then done by Miguel, Joel, and Jose. They did excellent work and finished the entire duplex in three days! This included preparing the house to be painted; spray-painting the body of the house; hand-painting the trim and posts; not dripping paint; and keeping the two different paint colors we chose (for body and trim) from overlapping. They, too, thoroughly cleaned up the work area every day.

The 5-man roof team did excellent work. They removed the old shingles; replaced deteriorated boards under the old shingles; repaired all leaking areas; and re-shingled the entire duplex roof. They also spotted a problem with a chimney cap and replaced it with a new one. They finished by cleaning up the entire work site completely. All in one day!

I give Premium Siding & Painting Company my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to hire them again for any remodeling work. Everyone at Premium we dealt with demonstrated honesty & integrity, high quality, excellent value for what you pay for, and warm, caring customer service.

Frank and his entire team are awesome! I have known and worked with PSP for close to 20 years and they have never let me down. PSP has done various roofing and exterior siding and painting projects for me over the years and their workmanship is always excellent. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Thank you PSP!

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Premium Siding and Painting. They repainted all of our hardy plank outside as well as some minor repairs to the wood trim around our chimney and garage doors. We’re very pleased with the results. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the project.

PSP did a wonderful job four years ago at come fourplexes in town that involved removing old siding and replacing it with hardi-plank. I called them up a few weeks ago about installing a new window for my home bath conversion project and they, once again, came through like champs! They paid close attention to detail and make several adjustments to make sure the window went in just right. Other companies would not talk to me unless they installed at least 6 or 7 windows. I will be calling them again when I do the rest of the windows. Thank you, Joe! You and your crew are Awesome!

Gabriel has made our experience with PSP very easy and pleasant. We have had them side our two- story north wall, and subsequently replace the fascia board around our rear decks, which was challenging because, due to the house being a cliff hanger, this work was high in the air. Both jobs were done at very competitive prices. The workmanship was top notch and completed in a timely manner for the contracted price. On the fascia job there were a couple of things that needed to be finished up after the crew was done and the check written. Two days later it made my Saturday when they showed up to finish the two hours worth of work.
This is a company with integrity . You would be fortunate to have them do your work.

After 26 years in the same home, we desperately needed to replace siding and windows. Our neighbors worked with Premium Siding and Painting many years ago, and recommended them to us. Gabriel was knowledgeable and responsive from the start, providing estimates, bringing samples of the windows we were interested in, and modifying the order to our specifications. He kindly kept us updated along the way; no question or adjustment was too big or too small. Our job was a big one, on a two-story home with lots of siding. Adrian and the siding team were fantastic, installing OSB sheathing, siding, and windows all around. They even went above and beyond to fix an outside window shelf that has been a problem for many years. They took such good care of everything, including wrapping up quickly on at least two separate occasions as storms came in. Miguel and the painting crew were equally excellent, paying attention to every detail. The house looks like a new house to us now; both inside and out. It has never looked nicer! It is rare in Austin to find a company you can trust, that provides excellent service and works so hard to make its customers happy. We are so glad to have found a reputable, reliable, service-oriented local company to work with, and are so happy to recommend Premium wholeheartedly.

Frank and his teams did an absolutely amazing job. We told them we wanted exactly what was original to the house, just updated and new (this was due to a picky HOA requirement). Even though horizontal Hardie plank siding is the norm these days, they got us the extended vertical Hardie boards we needed. His crews worked really hard to make sure we were happy and were very pleasant to have around for the days they were here! The painters took extra care to make sure every surface was touched up, even little places I hadn't thought of such as dryer vents on parts of our house that were covered with stone and hadn't been touched by the siding install guys. Everything looks brand new and we can already feel a difference in temperature in the home, something I am really looking forward to for winter. You can see in the photo how dirty, warped, and damaged our siding had been and how beautiful the replacement is now. I would highly recommend this company as they will give you the best price, work very hard to make sure your every need is met, and leave you with a brand new looking home!

I needed to replace the siding on a rotting gable, siding under windows, trim & fascia. Premium Siding & Painting provided a competitive bid with a clearly stated proposal. All my questions were answered in advance. Hardie plank or trim was used. Once old siding was removed, additional problems were uncovered. Options and costs were promptly discussed with me. Everyone involved was considerate and polite. The completed work is excellent! The exterior of my house is in the best condition since it was built (in 1978). From the carpentry to the painting, the crews were meticulous. Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Great job!

Premium Siding replaced the siding to my home and not only had the best price, but best service. The PSP representative was always responsive with questions and routinely checked on the progress & sent me updates. And a bonus, they finished on time.

When we started our siding project, we had very specific things in mind. We called many companies and ultimately went with these folks. They worked hard to do a custom solution for us. They were patient and helpful through the process while we balanced other jobs going on at the time. We worked with Gabriel from the beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. He and his team returned a few times to make sure things were as expected and they did a great job following up and managing the whole process.

Premium Siding and Painting was an exceptional company to work with. They provided us with several different quotes, that and worked with us to ulitemately develop a solution that matched our budget. They replaced our siding with HardiBoard planking in one single day. The first coat took an additional day, and the final coat was a third day. Three days to finish the whole project was amazing. Their communication, promptness and professionalism were much appreciated.

I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. Every morning, the siding crew lead, Adrian, discussed with me any unique obstacles they faced, how he could solve them, and how the final end result would look. Miguel and his painting crew were diligent with their cauking and fast with the painting. I will definitely be using them again on my next investment.
