All reviews for Austin Tree Surgeons

We had an old tree in our front yard die. Austin Tree Surgeons had an arborist out very quickly to diagnose the issue and recommend removal. A very reasonable quote was sent to me same day. When I was ready, they had a crew out the next day. Expert and efficient removal! They trimmed the other trees as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my go to for tree services going forward. I like the piece of mind in having a real arborist running things.

Austin Tree Surgeons has done two big jobs at our house, and I’d never consider hiring anyone else. They have professional arborists who explain everything in detail, and their crews are fantastic. They do a great job and leave your yard clean of all debris. I highly recommend them.

I just had a great experience with Austin Tree Surgeons, from the initial visit from the Arborist to the fantastic job the crew did. I am very impressed and will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance with your trees.

We are very pleased with the timeliness & professionalism of everyone we interacted with. The tree trimming & palm removal were a much bigger job than we could have handled on our own. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Austin Tree Surgeons. Our Arborist, Sean, was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. The price was extremely fair. The crews that did the work were wonderful as well. They took great care in pruning, removing all branches and debris, and notified me about a branch that put a small puncture in our roof shed. They proactively repaired it with silicone. I was so grateful for their honesty and care for our property. For all these reasons, we will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Easy to coordinate and we are very pleased with the work Salvador did in removing/shredding a tree stump in the front of our house. He was very quick and left the area clean of debris. I would recommend to anyone seeking to remove tree stumps.

Jessica is the only arborist that I trust. She is knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and has the customer’s and the tree’s best interests in mind. Unlike some arborists I have come across, she is not selling you something just to get a sale, but is really thinking long term about the best course of action for your trees. A gem, really. Update! Just had our trees trimmed to bring in more light for a new lawn and couldn’t be happier. They showed up when promised, took care of my little requests and cleaned up everything before leaving. Well done!

Had a great experience and service from Austin Tree Surgeons. Really appreciate the arborist coming out on the day of the service and the work done by the team. The price for the service was also very reasonable.

Very reasonable price for the work done.
Left the yard extremely clean after all the trimming.
Will definitely use them again.

A tree guy showed the problem with my tree and wanted me to chop the tree down. I contacted Austin Tree Surgeons. Jessica explained squirrels were gnawing on my tree and because my tree is mature it would not be harmed. I didn't want to lose my 29 year old tree. Thanks so much Jessica!

After getting quotes and/or work done by several tree companies that did a poor job, gave me incorrect information, or overcharged, I was thrilled to find Austin Tree Surgeons. They are honest, fair, professional, and highly knowledgeable about trees! They truly care and are good at what they do. It is actually amazing that much worse tree companies in Austin are charging much higher prices! Beware of the scammers out there. Austin Tree Surgeons is the real deal.

My yard feels like a theme park now. They did an excellent job sculpting the trees like art and addressed the cuts with a seal. I am extremely happy with how my yard looks now. Thank you, I would recommend to anyone looking to clear your roof as to prevent any damage.

I’m extremely pleased with the expediency, care and quality of Austin Tree Surgeons recently with the removal and cleanup of some large broken branches. They are repeat tree experts and I will use them again if needed!

Awesome experience all around! I requested a quote they had someone at my house same day. Mid week my trees got trimmed. Great work Austin Tree Surgeons

The office was quick to send an arborist out, and Jessica did a great (and honest) job of advising what was needed. The crew was professional and efficient, and we will continue to use their services!

Austin Tree Surgeons promptly responded to my request for an estimate to trim my large live oak. They were able to complete the work quickly and did exactly what I asked. I would definitely use them again.

Austin Tree Surgeons was a pleasure to work with! We reached out for a quote - they were on site right after and provided a very reasonable rate. We scheduled with them and they completed the work perfectly! I would highly recommend - we'll be using them for all of our Austin properties!

This crew of 4 men worked together incredibly well to bring down a large oak that had been struck by lightning. It was amazing to see how they guided the limbs down so that they missed landing on fencing/plants. Not easy, I'm sure! The team made sure all was in order before they left. Thank you so much for a fantastic job!

Pricilla came out and looked at our three dead and dying elderberry trees. Previously a diseased 50’ limb had fallen on our roof creating quite a bit of damage. That said, my wife and I determined they had to go. These trees were very old with lots of mature growth. Pricilla gave us a quote and mentioned that they would handle the permitting process with the city as well.
I received numerous updates, confirmations, and reminders via text and email of our pending day of removal. ATS has a very on point method of communication. True to their word, Byron and his crew of three workers showed up at the designated time of 8am on the promised day. They went straight to work and didn’t stop until 7pm that night.
They were professional, courteous, and very fast. We couldn’t believe that they could tackle such a huge job in a single day.
When they were finished, they made sure to sweep, rake, and leaf blow the entire area including our sloped roof and our neighbors yard. We received other bids and nobody even came close to their price and level of service.
We highly recommend Austin Tree Surgeons for our tree removal needs. Definitely a 5 star company all the way. We are very satisfied.

Andrew the technician disclosed everything about the process. Everything from what wheel marks the machine would make to the debris produced. Assisted in clearing a path to helping me put up extra "debris guards". He took his time and did a good job

I had used Austin Tree Surgeons for years to maintain / trim a very old live oak. If you maintain your trees, they don’t fall down in storms! Thanks again to Jessica and the outstanding crew.
