They were very hwkpful

Very responsive and knowledgeable.

So far, so good. Excellent reputation in Central Texas. Responsive to my questions & concerns.

Truly standout experts in the field. They began correcting the roots of my Japanese Maple. Trimmed and shaped a holly tree. Cabled two maples that were ready to split.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He really knew his trees. Arrived on time for a consultation. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!

I called Bartlett to save my Magnolia tree as they are advertised in my favorite gardening magazine. Andrew Anstrom came to look at it and evaluate it . He seemed very knowledgeable and suggested feeding it and trimming back my arizona ash to give it more light. It not ony worked but the tree straightened up in one week! It is now green again and I think it will be saved. They did exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me more.

Very knowledgeable and professional arborists who won't offer unnecessary services. Pricey, but for EXPERT tree care, it's worth it. The oaks in my yard really add to the value of my home, and Bartlett has helped them thrive.

Nick of Bartlett came out to look at two oak trees that experienced burn from an inadvertent fire we had at our house. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He spent a good hour here and to put it bluntly, was a perfect person to explain where we stand. Our neighbors recommended Bartlett after reviewing 4 "experts" in the area. They seem to known best, so if you are looking for a good, honest company, I'd recommend them.

We have used this tree service and relied on their arborist Kevin Bulla for a very long time. We value his advice. Their crews are SO professional, trimming in ways that look beautiful and keep the tree healthy. They are especially skilled in dealing with trees in difficult situations, those that lean over a neighbor’s house or endanger other trees or are in hard-to- get at places. The crew is very careful about preserving existing grass and plants and clean up so well you don’t know they’ve been there. They have fertilized our trees after the recent snow and freezes and have treated for aphids and other pests.

Bartlett Tree Experts did a fantastic job pruning the trees on our property. Matt came out and evaluated all of the trees. He was so knowledgable and helpful! The crew (Kelly and Lloyd) that came out to do the pruning and take down a large tree that needed to come down were amazing. I was particularly impressed with their clear focus on safety! Great teachable moment with my kids watching experts do their job!!

I have experienced an excellent relationship with Bartlett Tree Experts. I was a recent widow when I first contacted the company. Matthew Tobola came and was very professional and kind and I decided that I would try this business. They are not the cheapest out there, but the quality of work, the quick response to my questions and the willingness to be as helpful as possible is what makes me use them year after year. The work I had done just a few weeks ago is an example. As I was looking over the work done with the tree above my roof, near my chimney I asked if the cap was still on and he said he wasn't sure, but he would go back up and check. Sure enough, the cap was resting near the chimney on the roof and he replaced it for me. I was so grateful! I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

Great experience! The tree care experts were knowledgeable, courteous, and delivered excellent results. My trees look amazing! Highly satisfied!"

Bartlett Tree Experts are truly experts: we have had a certified arborist on-site with each visit, as is our service representative. All knowledgeable and courteous and professional. We used them for tree assessments as we have 15-20 large trees on our property, most of which are live oaks and red oaks - our treasures of the property! They identified one at -risk tree, and we requested they cable the tree to preserve it as long as possible - outstanding job. We also had them fertilize and we will continue to use their services as they are exceptional and we trust them with our home and property. Thank you!

We just had Matt Tobola from Bartlett Tree Experts come to our property for a consultation. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend Matt and Bartlett Tree Experts.

I have been a satisfied customer of Bartlett Tree Experts since 2018. Their arborists /service representatives are knowledgeable and courteous as are the technicians who execute the work on behalf of the trees. I have relied on them for root girdling, tree fertilization, bark treatments, and tree pruning.

Matt Tobola and the entire crew at Bartlett Tree Service did an incredible job taking care of our trees at our new home in Georgetown, just like they did at our previous home. Thank you

Bartlett Tree Experts is an exceptional company that provides professional, reliable, and environmentally conscious tree care. Their team is highly trained, courteous, and dedicated to maintaining the health and beauty of every landscape. From pruning and fertilization to removal and pest management, they handle each job with precision. Their expertise and commitment truly stand out.

I decided not to get anything done.

My neighbors are very happy with this company and I am too since they were so respectful every time they come out to my back yard for the overhanging branches when they do the neighbor's trees.

I discussed a quote for $1200 from another company for tree work and they disagreed with needing to trim the tree hanging over the house as it has 4 feet of clearance already and the tree provides shade to the house.

They disagreed that these two trees (in my photo) are touching too much because in nature, the trees touch and that's ok.

The only thing the Bartlett rep agreed with was clearing out one branch of deadwood that had a hanging broken branch on it that I can pull down myself sometime. Their minimum for my property was $600 so this would be $600 and not worth it when I can just pull down the hanging broken branch!

Muy buena companía,muy serviciales.

Service was quick and easy but really over priced for the work that is done. If I didn't need assistance right away, I would have shopped around. There are definitely companies just as good with lower prices.

Mark Tanner is very unprofessional. We requested a quote for trimming and potentially cabling services and originally was very knowledgeable and helpful. After asking for the quote, we requested a breakdown of fees for the service to see if we would like to do trimming + the cabling and he responded with “I would not be inclined to do so.” He also said that both those services go “hand in hand.” If you expect us to believe that you are experts in this industry and cannot manage to trim WITHOUT cabling then it is very apparent he was just upset that we were not agreeing to the full service.
I have never received a response remotely similar to his when asked to break down a proposal and then ask to only move forward with part of it.
At least he had some level of foresight as he stated at the end of his email that we could “go with someone else even if it isn’t Barlett.” To which we agree 10000%.
