All reviews for Trees R Us

I have used Trees R Us several times. I called them this time after our tree fell due to the ice/snow storm. They were responsive and came out as soon as it was safe. I will use them again. Great service at a good price!

We had been needing to have our tress trimmed up and thinned out for awhile. We got stood up multiple times by Austin Tree Experts -- so we asked our neighborhood for a referral. Couldn't be happier! They came same day, were on time, did a great job, and did an excellent clean up after they were finished. Very nice work. Thank you!!!

Excellent service!h Their quote was unbeatable, they did an amazing job cleaning up my yard which was terribly neglected for many years before my ownership!
I will call Trees R Us, LLC whenever I need assistance trimming my trees and taking care of my property. Super pleased with the results - it looks like my yard doubled in size because the crew cleared so much overgrowth!

Mike and his guys were great! I called him and he came out that same afternoon to give us a quote and scheduled us for a week later. Even though I think this was a small job for them (just trimming a few tree branches) he made us feel important and well taken care of. Communication was great both before and after, I even stepped out to ask a question while they were working and Mike greeted me right away. They were quick and efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards, even blowing all the leaves, etc off our driveway and walkway. You can tell that they care about not just doing the job but doing it well. I would definitely call on them in the future.

Mike and his team did an amazing job with trimming our eight large trees, hedges, weeds and bushes. They also put down mulch and removed dead leaves in the back yard and cleaned up. They were punctual, hard working, efficient and very reasonable. Would highly recommend Trees R Us (and Mike).

Excellent Job!!! After getting several quotes, we selected Trees R Us. Not just because their price was better than most, but mostly because the Owner (Nick) took the time to meet me on site and discuss what was going to be done, to ensure we would be satisfied. Nick and his crew are professional and courteous. They showed up early to review the job with me prior to starting, started the work on time, and actually finisher early. We couldn't be any happier with the work they did. We wouldn't hesitate to use Trees R Us again in the future and will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors.

Eric and his 2 crew members were FABULOUS! I couldn’t be more pleased! They were on time and did everything I asked them to do. They were professional and did above and beyond what I expected. They cut firewood, made sets for grandchildren out of the tree trunk and removed old patio furniture and tumbleweeds. They had to remove a big boulder to get the truck close to the trees they were cuttings. The job was to cut 7 trees down but they did way more. Very easy to work with and the trees are all gone and the property looks wonderful! I feel so fortunate! I will absolutely use Eric at Trees R’Us in the future !! Placitas, New Mexico

I saw Trees R Us trimming the trees of a neighbors yard, and went to ask them about possibly getting a quote to trim my trees away from the house and road. I got a very reasonable quote same day for the amount of service Trees R Us provides, and got an appointment scheduled a week out that day!

Trees R Us is prompt, highly professional and amazingly quick about getting the work done! The trimming and cleanup of 5 trees took just over an hour. I'm very happy with how they took care of my trees, and will definitely be calling back when the trees need trimming again!

Great company to work with. I called on Thursday, Mike came by and gave me an estimate the same day and had a crew here Saturday morning. They did a great job and I’m very pleased. I’ve had 2 friends that have used them as well and we were all super pleased with price and service!

Excellent company, Fantastic work! I highly recommend them! Treesrus recently finished a large job for my family. The job included trimming multiple trees, bushes, removal of bushes, stump grinding, and laying down new grass! To say that they did a great job is an understatement. My husband and I are absolutely blown away at the spectacular condition of our yard! The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, honest, and professional. Everyone worked diligently, and were extremely adept. The cost was beyond reasonable compared to other more expensive companies. If you are in the market or inquiring about a local tree service company, look no further. We will never have another company service our trees! Treesrus is truly phenomenal!

Called yesterday afternoon about an old tree that had died in my back yard and a branch had fallen off of it because of the wind. They were out that same day for an estimate on the tree and some other trimming services. Very reasonably priced. They came back the next morning, right on time, to complete the job with a crew of four and completed it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Looks great and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company for their work and their responsiveness. Also, was respectful during this time with maintain 6 feet of social distance and all quotes were handled with text.

Fantastic work!! We have an acre property that was laden with overgrowth and stumps galore. These guys came out, did the work in the estimated time frame at the quoted price, and it came out gorgeous!! We are beyond happy with the quality of the work done, as well as the honorable business practices. Will definitely be using them again every year!!

We have been using trees r us since we moved to brushy creek area. Very reliable business. Reasonable quotes with very high quality of work. Good clean up after project. One happy customer!

Great work by professional team at affordable price! Trees R Us was recommended by a friend and I wish I would have heard about them years ago. They went above and beyond to accommodate special requests that we had and we are very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again!

Trees R Us RESCUED us from the ice storm damage to our trees. RESCUE is the operative word here as 2 of our large oak trees were damaged beyond repair and the trees and yard were in a very unsafe condition. They were able to trim and save a third tree that I thought wasn’t salvageable. Mike’s and his crews’ expertise was invaluable in this devastating situation. Other trees were split and broken so high up that I couldn’t believe they were able to trim those branches but they did. They are swamped with calls but they worked safely and quickly, professionally, and cleaned up a tremendous mess in both our front and back yards. Trees R Us have worked for us before and I would not have anyone but Mike and his crew work on our trees. The price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work there was to do. Trees R Us truly understands outstanding customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 2/9/2023

2/2/2023 - We called Trees R Us for a bid on tree work in our backyard. Mike came out the same day we called and did the bid and then made sure after the work was complete that we were happy with the end result. Trees R Us took out two trees and ground the stumps. They also cut branches off two oaks trees that were hanging over our house. They raised the canopies on three oak trees and hauled off wood from previous tree trimmings that had been stacking up in the yard over the course of many years. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We could not be more pleased with Trees R Us as a company and with the workers they employ. We highly recommend them for any tree related work you may have.

We needed some beautification done to our property so the wife got about 7 different estimates and we liked the Trees R Us guys the most. They showed up early, got right to work and were very knowledgeable about our specific needs. The crew was outstanding and professional and even the owner, Mike, and his guy, Mitch, came to oversee the entire job. Now that's the kind of attention I can get on board with for repeat services. I highly recommend Trees R Us for any landscaping, tree services, or yard projects that you need done right.

A couple of neighbors recommended Trees R Us after they had work done that they were very happy with. They had gotten estimates from different places and the price was very reasonable. I contacted Mike on a Saturday, he came out for an estimate the next day, and by Wednesday the work had been done. I am very pleased with the results. Great value and quick and professional service.

Excellent! Showed up on time, did exactly what I asked them to do quickly, and charged me exactly what they quoted. Highly recommended!!!

Update: I used these guys last year to trim my trees, so when I needed some landscaping done this year (digging up bushes that died during the winter storm, trimming, and mulching) Trees R Us was the first company I called. And as before, they did not disappoint. Great job, great price! These are truly my Go-To guys for anything yard related!

The owner Mike was on top of things from day one! He came out promptly gave me a great estimate (the lowest bid, and I shopped around). Mike and his crew arrived on time, and got to work right away. When the job was done, we walked the property to make sure I was satisfied, and I was blown away. They did a great job, even going above and beyond what I expected! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Trees R Us. Came quickly to do an estimate. Estimate was fair and straightforward. They scheduled us and then were able to do it sooner because of another cancellation. The work was done efficiently and they shredded all the branches and cleaned up all the areas very nicely. They sprayed all the cuts as promised. Our business looks great and I will definitely call Trees R Us the next time we need something. In fact, I need some irrigation sprinkler work done and they said they can handle that too.

Mike and his crew are fast, thorough, and professional. We have worked with Trees R Us multiple times and plan to in the future. We recommend them for your project.
