Erin had an outstanding response time, thank you Lord. He instructed me to call Oncor give them the details of my fluttering lights. Oncor came out and shut my electricity off due to the wire going into the main breaker box arcing. He actually spoke to the Oncor tech and promptly showed up one hour later and my electricity was restored two hours after shutdown. Btw, this was in early August. I not only use him personally, but professionally as well. Thank you much, Erin!

Erin was very punctual on arrival. He got busy right away trying to find the problem. He did find it and fixed it right away. He was very professional and friendly. Did a great job and charged a reasonable fee. I would use him again.

GREAT SERVICE. I called at around 3 pm for help, Erin was able to get to my house at 5 pm. I had multiple appliances that were not working due to an electrical outlet problem. He was able to fix all of them in an hour at a fair price. He showed me what the problems were and how to fix them myself in the future. 10/10, would definitely use again.

ETL was incredible. I called and requested a quote, and the owner showed up the next morning, exactly on time. He was very professional and talked with me about my project extensively. He had great ideas and was very personable.

My project was to add a 60 AMP subpanel to a new outbuilding and wire the building with lights, outlets, and an A/C - Heater circuit.

My expectations were exceeded with the look of the wiring metal conduit. It all took about 8 hours to complete, and the total cost of the job was much, much, lower than those large commercial companies, and everything that was done met all county and state electrical codes. I will be recommending ETL to all my neighbors.

I called ETL Electric & explained my issue that I thought needed an electrician. He asked me additional questions about my problem, and from my responses, he then told me i might want to call my electrical provider first to have them inspect their lines first before having him come out. He could of come out, test our lines, charge us a minimum service fee and then tell us this, which i know other electricians might have done. He was right, it was on the electrical service side, they fixed it for free (same day) and we were out $0 dollars. Honesty is a virtue! I will call ETL in the future for any electric issue I am having.

Our refrigerator kept turning off because it was connected to the kitchen GFCI. Frustrated, we called ETL, and I’m so glad we did. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining that fridges can randomly trip GFCIs and recommended a dedicated circuit. And now we haven’t had a single issue since—no more tripped circuits or spoiled food. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable—I highly recommend ETL!
