The entire staff has been great to work with. They are always extremely responsive and work very hard on getting you what you need. We have received help on pool maintenance, equipment replacement and installation, and pool plumbing repairs. Recently we were notified that the pool heater was leaking and had some other issues. Into the Blue helped me, connected me with a warranty rep, and we were able to get the heater fixed at no cost, under warranty, within a week. The experience has been great!

They provide first class service not only for cleaning and chemical treatment but also timely pool repair. I had a previous company taking care of my pool and they were doing the bare minimum. I switched to this company and they went through my complete pool setup. Come to find out, it was worse than I thought. They cleaned and repaired everything that was wrong, they even asked me to come out so they could explain everything before they fixed it. Now my pool is glistening every day and looks absolutely amazing!!!! I am extremely appreciative of the hard work they do to make sure my pool is at its best. Their pricing is very fair, and the communication is amazing. I highly recommend this company to any and everyone.
