Erin had an outstanding response time, thank you Lord. He instructed me to call Oncor give them the details of my fluttering lights. Oncor came out and shut my electricity off due to the wire going into the main breaker box arcing. He actually spoke to the Oncor tech and promptly showed up one hour later and my electricity was restored two hours after shutdown. Btw, this was in early August. I not only use him personally, but professionally as well. Thank you much, Erin!

Erin was very punctual on arrival. He got busy right away trying to find the problem. He did find it and fixed it right away. He was very professional and friendly. Did a great job and charged a reasonable fee. I would use him again.

GREAT SERVICE. I called at around 3 pm for help, Erin was able to get to my house at 5 pm. I had multiple appliances that were not working due to an electrical outlet problem. He was able to fix all of them in an hour at a fair price. He showed me what the problems were and how to fix them myself in the future. 10/10, would definitely use again.

ETL was incredible. I called and requested a quote, and the owner showed up the next morning, exactly on time. He was very professional and talked with me about my project extensively. He had great ideas and was very personable.

My project was to add a 60 AMP subpanel to a new outbuilding and wire the building with lights, outlets, and an A/C - Heater circuit.

My expectations were exceeded with the look of the wiring metal conduit. It all took about 8 hours to complete, and the total cost of the job was much, much, lower than those large commercial companies, and everything that was done met all county and state electrical codes. I will be recommending ETL to all my neighbors.

Had Erin and Manuel out today for several small projects I needed to have done and I’m very happy with the work done and the price was very reasonable. I called ETL Electric & explained my issue that I thought needed an electrician. He asked me additional questions about my problem, and from my responses, he then told me i might want to call my electrical provider first to have them inspect their lines first before having him come out. He could of come out, test our lines, charge us a minimum service fee and then tell us this, which i know other electricians might have done. He was right, it was on the electrical service side, they fixed it for free (same day) and we were out $0 dollars. Honesty is a virtue! I will call ETL in the future for any electric issue I am having.

Our refrigerator kept turning off because it was connected to the kitchen GFCI. Frustrated, we called ETL, and I’m so glad we did. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining that fridges can randomly trip GFCIs and recommended a dedicated circuit. And now we haven’t had a single issue since—no more tripped circuits or spoiled food. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable—I highly recommend ETL!

ETL (ERIN) came out on a Sunday, on a Sunday, on time just to give me a quote on some electric work. Erin's quote was very reasonable and when it was time to go to work, there was no idling for this guy. Very polite and great work ethics! Erin is very professional both times we have called him he has been able to get to us the same day and on time very honest and up front prices are very fair no hidden fees or surprises extremely knowledgeable in his profession he treated our problems as if they were his own great quality work we will be using ETL for any future problems and highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with ETL Electric. It was Sunday morning about 8 am when I called Erin, he was on-sight at 9:03 - investigated and solved our issue within 45 minutes. Unbelievable service and a fairly new small business in the area to boot. We definitely recommend Erin and his company, 5 Stars all day.

ETL worked calmly and patiently with his co-worker, showing great teamwork and attention to detail. He provided good explanations. The job was done thoroughly and without any stress. It wasn’t cheap, but the cost felt fair for the quality of work. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Erin is a fantastic electrician, very knowledgeable on everything electrical. We have been desperate to find a reliable, and knowledgeable, electrician for years in Aledo. I do not like “ big box” anything. I like being able to communicate with the same person each time we have an issue then having to start all over with someone new that a Big Box company sends out. Our 27 year old house can be very complicated.
