Very well pleased with Thomas ability to take control of the job and have it repaired in the amount of time he told me it would take. Double L Plumbing has an excellent employee with Thomas. We had an emergency water leak and this company sent someone immediately to help us out! Chris was knowledgable and able o cap off the leak until parts can come in! This company is reasonable priced and the staff are friendly! I would recommend Double L to everyone!

I called Double L Plumbing after I read their reviews I had a slow draining bathroom sink and tub in a timely manner they sent out Chris he was awesome he explained every step he went through he did a very thorough job and clean everything up when he got through could not have asked for better service I would recommend him to anybody if double l plumbing hires employees like him I recommend this company but Chris was so good I'm never had a service person coming to my house and be that nice and concerned about my problem which he took care of I give him a AAA+. Thank you again

I called them at 3pm today due to a complete back up in my house. Chris and another tech arrived within the hour and had us fix in less than that. He explained the problem, made recommendations to prevent in the future and was such a nice guy! The price was reasonable and we are very happy! Thank you so much.

They charged us $100 to look at our water heater and give us a quote. We didn't receive a quote. After a few weeks we called someone else who found a few leaks and fixed them. We then called Double L and asked them for our money back, since we never received a quote or anything. They said, oh...oops? We'll send a quote. We said we didn't want a quote, as it was already repaired by another plumber, but they refused to refund the money. They sent an outrageous quote for almost $3000 that made no mention of the actual leaks that were found by the other plumber. The other guy had charged $250 to diagnose and repair in one trip. We used Double L a few years back and they were ok, I wouldn't use them again though.

Logan was very professional. He understood the issue, immediately took care of the job. Not only did he take care of my immediate issue, but asked if I had any other things he could help out with. Very pleased!

Nothing but great things to say about double L plumbing! My grandmothers house had a spigot that was soft copper and had a leak in it on the outside also possibly the inside. We called the day before and fully expected for it to take several days to have someone come out. Let me preface this by saying we called several other plumbing company’s none of which either answered or returned phone calls. Also called a company that said it would take weeks to get to us (which we understood because of the freeze, so I’m sure they were slammed) all that to say my wife called double L plumbing after I looked at several reviews online and Nicole answered right away was super professional and polite and even though they were slammed actually worked us in the very next day. AMAZING. They said they weren’t sure when they could get to us but we appreciated the fact they even worked us in. Got a call about 8am saying the technician would be at the house in about 15 minutes was completely shocked and 15 minutes later sure enough the technician Thomas Gonzales was at the house. Again super professional and courteous but also super fast I was blown away by the service, the professionalism, and everything in between. He was done in about an hour and everything is working great so far. I could go on and on about double L and how amazing they are, but the whole point of this review is to tell you to go to double L plumbing for your needs. You can’t beat their service, professionalism, or their prices! You have customers for life. The saying is you only have one chance to make a first impression and wow did they ever make one!

Double L is great. Cameron and Terry arrived promptly at 0800 and went right to work. They were quick, efficient, and courteous. They did an outstanding repair and explained every step of the process. They finished. then cleaned the area and went beyond by attaching the sheetrock they had to remove. We are very pleased with their work and attitude. Double L is our plumber of choice. Double L is fair priced and always gives us a painless experience. Thanks for taking care of our needs for the last 15 or so years.

The plumbers and tunnell crew and backfill crew efficiently solved all my big problems with pipes and connections. These young men were patient and listened to me and answered all my questions. They gave great service for the pay. Courtney and Nicole answered my voicemail and texts quickly and with helpful action.
