What a roller coaster of disappointment this lawn company is.

When signing up with them (Friday) my lawn was probably 2 and a half weeks with a mowing. They said they don't do same day mows. Totally understandable. I was told they would reach out to me to schedule we into their weekly mowing. Didn't hear back from them and had to call them and requested that they expedite the first mow. Thursday was the next available time they had but they will try and push me up. They will talk to their mow lead and get back to me (never did). Thursday comes along and we some rain. No shows. Friday? No show. I call the following week. THEY WERE GOING TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT THURSDAY!

I ask to cancel my membership as these guys do not want to mow yards apparently. They scramble and get someone to my house to mow that day. I was hoping that the headache was done. A mow or two go by uneventful. Today I am working from home and see their truck pull up (11-11:30am-ish). Guy gets to work and is finished within 10-15 mins. Thought that was odd but okay. I start heading out an hour later and as I'm pulling out of the driveway I see patches of grass that is not mowed. Like obvious patches (hopefully pictures can show it). I check the back and same thing. This guy just got on the big mower and did a quick run around missing anywhere the big mower couldn't fit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I call Agusta explaining the situation and that I would like to file a complaint. Paul noted my complaint and tried to make amends by getting someone out here to redo the lawn. I said yes please do. Come home just now (7pm) to see that it has not been done. Just the cherry on the cake really. I will be canceling their service first thing in the morning.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES LIKE THESE! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!

Best lawn care service I have ever used.
I have owned Coastal Haven RV Park for many years, and we have utilized numerous lawn services. Augusta does excellent work, and if there is ever an issue, Jonathan takes immediate action to resolve it. Then he takes the steps to make sure it stays fixed. He even goes above and beyond what is normally expected to get the job done. Jonathon is a consummate professional with great principles and genuinely wants to do whatever is required to get the job done and done right for his customers.
All calls are met with a friendly response and immediate action. I highly recommend Jonathon and Augusta Lawn Care Services with no reservations.

The most recent freeze killed off a large patch of tropical plants that I did not have the time or energy to remove myself, but needed them gone before they fell and became an issue. The guy that came to my property did a great job and did exactly what was requested. Really pleased with the service.

No one would accept our yard, they would drive by to give us a quote and never follow up once they saw how bad it was. Augusta not only accepted it and followed through but they had such good pricing that I myself wouldn't have done it for triple the price. They did an exceptional job on it as well, the communication was spot on. Overall I believe this company is there to gain your loyalty with honest work and honest prices, rather than price gouging and greed. Would recommend, I don't have one complaint but if I did I guarantee they would make it right.

In June 2022 I had them level a 90ft x 200ft area. Started within a couple days and finished in about 8 hours of work over 2 days. Great job! Probably have taken me a week of more and had to rent equipment.

Father and Son dirt works are unbelievable they came to Houston to remove dirt piles from our Lot. They went above and beyond and our family is so Blessed to have found this company. Truly professional team we will definitely be using them again. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication.

My husband and I had them level our backyard and demo an existing pergola. They did an amazing job. They finished it all quicker than we expected. Great work by Richard and his dad. We would hire them again for any type of work they do and we need.

Richard was the best at what he does. Aside from bailing me out on a very hectic job and last minute type situation he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of before leaving. I’m not from the area and was in a bind, Richard came out and blessed me with the best he had and then some!! God works through people and he showed that to me today!!! Thanks again and I will make sure I use them for all my dirt, concrete and grading needs!!

Awesome Service

Tengo muchas cosas malas que decir de esta compañia. Una estrella es demasiado.

1ro. La primera vez vinieron fue rápido. Pusieron un poste y se fueron. OJO... DIJE RAPIDO... NO LIMPIOS. Una semana después volvieron para conectar los cables electricos.
2do. Obviamente cobran por hora. No entiendo porque necesitan 4 técnicos para instalar la corriente en un poste de 4m. Estuve mas de 5h sin electricidad y solo tenían que conectar 2 cables y poner un reloj contador. 5h... es estúpido solo pensarlo.
3ro. No respetan la propiedad. Como pueden ver en la foto parquearon 2 trocas en mi patio trasero sin preguntar. Rayaron las paredes de mi storage y dejaron bultos de tierra qué al secarse detenía mi cortallarda.
4to. No notifican que van a cortar la electricidad. Trabajo de noche asi que despertarse en la mañana lleno de sudor y sin saber porque es bien molesto.
5to. Se pasaron desde las 7:23am hasta las 2:17pm literalmente conversando.

Tengo una niña pequeña y peces qué necesitan oxígeno y estar a una temperatura adecuada. Imagínense si alguien ocupará una máquina para respirar.......

CONTRATEN GENTE MAS PROFECIONALES. Solo era cambiar un poste por dios.... no tiene tanta ciencia.

I’ve had the guys at GBS do electrical work on my property several times including a 16ft pole with HPS lights in order to illuminate our chicken coup area, a 7ft lamp in our yard, 4 flood lights around our house and a commercial lamp on the front of our barn. They were polite and efficient and we’ve never had any problems.

Don’t find very many honest companies like this anymore! Corey and Joe came out and replaced my main breaker and got me up and running within hours. In this hot Texas heat with a 2 year old from their whole staff from management to the field guys made me feel important and a high priority to get my power back on with no safety concerns. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional and got the job done. They installed my Generac whole house generator and it works fantastic. Was not an easy job due to its location being far from my propane tank. They also work all over not just close to their shop in Bacliff
