Did not do even basic cleaning during a very expensive “initial” cleaning, cut every corner possible, neglected corners in general, mopped without sweeping first, dumped trash on the porch, did not even wipe counters, etc. One star for trying to come back and fix it a third time, but I didn’t have the time to clean or babysit on the first place. So. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do not use this company. They do not speak English. Also, make sure you cancel all your plans. If they go to your location and can't get in, they will charge you the full amount. They will then hold you key hostage until paid. They also charged us for fees for any minor changes in schedule, when they are expensive in the first place. Do not use this company.

This is my first time to use a cleaning service. They did an initial clean at our farm and did a thorough and professional job! I was very pleased and will use them regularly! Great communication and outstanding cleaning job!!

The Honey Bees do a super job cleaning our house in La Grange and also our country home in West Point. I recommend them without reservation!

Showed up early and complained no one was there to open. Sent 4 people and no one spoke English. Refused to clean house with only water source being outside. Manager called and said house was "dusty", do you expect to be cleaning a clean house? Wild company with wild expectations. Look elsewhere

So at first I loved this place, I was paying about $150 for my kitchen, dinning room, master bedroom and restroom , and either the bathroom or spare bedroom. They recently wanted to charge me $185 because of the “condition of the house”. When I literally get then weekly so the condition of the house is almost perfect. The ladies do an amazing job but it got to the point it is soooo expensive it’s ridiculous.

I got a different maid service they charge me only $100 for all the thing listed above PLUS, another spare bedroom/ bathroom, closets, laundry room, they wash dishes if any are left (there’s normally not any) , and start laundry. They stated my house isn’t dirty, it just needs sweeping, mopping, and dusting to make it look like new. They did just as good of a job plus they accept Venmo, cash app, cash, and zelle as a method of payment.

At this point with all due respect, be careful because I believe you are being overcharged.

We hired them to clean an empty house before our daughter moved in. It needed a basic vacuum/mop and wipe down of the kitchen. I was disappointed in the charge (they gave a range, and charged at the top of that range) considering what needed done. I would not use them in the future, excessively expensive for a basic empty house clean up.

I've been using HoneyBeeMaids for about a year for routine house cleaning and I am extremely happy with their services. They always do a great job and Dani is very professional with managing scheduling and payments.

Honeybees did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my house, I am so pleased!! Even my husband was impressed (which is hard to do, lol) Plus, all 3 ladies were super sweet & a joy to have around. Thank y’all so much, looking forward to my next cleaning in 2 weeks. Best in Bastrop, hands down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
