Plumbing reviews in Bastrop, Texas

Workers showed up on time. Very polite. Explained the repair they would make. Verified the quote given. Worked quickly to complete the repair. Discussed that repair was successful. Explained that owner-provided part was not under warranty. Completed payment and left. Room was clean and experience was good!

I called several companies in the area to have all new PEX pipes installed underneath my pier and beam house and the clear winner was Osborn Plumbing! Their quote was fair to market and a bit lower than their local competitors.

Best advice I can give you is do your research and get several quotes and compare. It's not always about the money; it comes down to quality of work, how easy is it to communicate with the company, and how the Technician's conduct themselves while at your residents, etc.

Osborn plumbing is also a VERY honest company. Several days after writing the check to pay for their services, I got a check in the mail for $200 because I had overpaid them. Think about that, a company with integrity and they do great work.

I hope this review helps others as that are looking for a company to service their home. You will be in good hand with Osborn Plumbing, but still do the research.

A Very Happy and Satisfied Customer!!

Called with a leak and repaired about an hour later. Great service!

Although it was costly, it was worth it. The staff is always courteous, informative and efficient.

We recently had our water softener replaced by Osborn Plumbing. They did an excellent job!
The communications through email and text were impressive. The installation was professional and efficient. Thank you for a job well done!

We had them come out and do some drain clearing. James was quick and professional. We will definitely be calling again! Hopefully not too soon though!

Osborn Plumbing is the best in Bastrop Co. LJ provided excellent service. They are the folks to call when you are having plumbing issues.

My experience with Osborn Plumbing was excellent. Michael's communication was excellent and his bid was thorough and clear. The crew showed up on time, was friendly and professional and did great quality work exactly per the bid.

Osborn has plumbed the gas and water lines for a house I had moved onto my vacant lot. They were reasonable and professional and did an eoutstnding job working with the city on inspections and deadlines.

I will call them back for all my plumbing needs.

They came today and replaced the exterior faucets on two of my additional houses. They are excellent. I am always happy with their work and how clean they leave the property once finished.

Repaired guest bath shower valve assembly and install new spout! Installed new parts quickly and and with precision in reasonable time frame! Excellent workmanship at a residence price

Prompt response to irrigation leak. Called about issue and came out same day to turn off irrigation which allowed for water to be restored to the rest of the house.

On time, very professional and friendly. Explained everything they had to do and made sure it was done right before leaving. Would definitely use them for any future plumbing needs. Michael is awesome at keeping in touch after scheduling the job too! Thank you to Simon and Dylan for all your hard work!

Fantastic service! On-time, fairly priced, and great communication. Highly recommend!

5 STARS!!! Osborn Plumbing is extremely professional and skilled at what they do. I just had them take a look at why my kitchen faucet wasn’t working and Michael Osborn fixed it in 5 seconds flat. My landlord said she had other plumbers look at it and couldn’t figure out the problem. Very experienced and highly recommended!

Osborn was prompt, polite, and had great communication. However the price paid for the time and work completed was in my opinion excessive. They were here about 15 min, work Included running a camera at the septic flush out, and then clearing a large clog of paper left from a houseguest. We had tried to clear with a hose unsuccessfully. No parts, no heavy lifting, and hardly any time but still came in just shy of $300... ouch. We were not provided with a service call fee when we called so perhaps this is just their standard serive call rate?

Great service. Came out on very short notice on Christmas Eve as a favor for their fellow plumber who was sick. So thankful.

Propped to return my calls, easy to work with, very professional, and very explanatory of work that needed to be done. Extremely polite.

Professional, reasonably priced, awesome work and efficiency. We highly recommend Osborn Plumbing.

The two reps that came out to the house We’re very polite and professional. They gave me an estimate and I made arrangements for financing. Michael was also very helpful with this. They came back and finished the job. It looks very nice. Again they were very friendly, very professional. I would highly recommend Osborne Plumbing to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work done.
