I can't say enough about John the electrician that helped get my outside Outlets to my pool and two outlets outside then came back the next day and put on brand new weather resistant covers very dependable very very very nice guy his number will definitely stay in my wallet for the next time I need anything

Have used Mr Dependable twice now. Very happy both times. Both were 1/2 day sort of jobs. One was an install of an outdoor electrical outlet with new underground powerline back to the fuse box. The second was installing a power connect near my fuse box and an interlock inside the box (for back feeding a generator). Wasn't in a rush either time but got service within a day or two. I called and set up appointment. John shows up on time the next day to discuss the job and provided feedback on best way to do what I wanted, provided written quote of work for approval. Next day team shows up on time and got work done quickly and professionally. Everyone was quite friendly and easy to work with. Overall an excellent experience and will use again.

I called this business and the gentleman (not sure if he's the owner or staff member) immediately answered. Unfortunately, he sounded as if he were obviously busy which is fine but it felt as if I was bothering him. We decided that he would come out at his convenience which would be the following week. I thought about the call, our conversation and how I felt. I began searching for another electrician or handyman. The call was made and the interaction was the complete opposite of my previous experience. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately called the gentleman to respectfully cancel my appointment. I didn't get an answer so I proceeded to send a text message but I never received a callback or follow up. He should've at least returned my call or text to inquire about why I was canceling and then offer an apology. That never happened.

I was very pleased with the service I received from John. He was on time and complete the service in a timely manner. I’ll call again for my electric needs. Thank you for a great job. The price was right also.

Installed a nest for us and checked on a few light fixture problems we were having. After having some other (unrelated) issues, he came back the next day and checked on it for us. Reasonable prices and fast/friendly service. We will be using Mr. Dependable in the future!

John is always great. We got a generator with no idea how to use it. He recommended the model we purchased and came out to install the necessary outlet to breaker box for ease of use. He walked us through starting the generator as well as various operational details. So happy it runs the whole house which is what I asked him about upon initial contact. He did not disappoint. Mr Dependable is indeed that … dependable !!!
