I called to get a last-minute carpet cleaning and Baytown Carpet Cleaning Pros were able to come the next day! Steven and his team cleaned our couch and all the carpets and did a really great job! Service was amazing, they were very thorough and I would recommend Baytown Carpet Cleaning Pros 10,000x to anyone. Great company with employees who went above and beyond! Excellent service!

The service guy who came out was friendly and professional! He’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review.

The promo I booked was 3 rooms for $199, I was told any additional rooms at $25 each. I briefly considered a small extra room, but ultimately decided to do 2 rooms and a staircase. When I booked, I was told the staircase would count as a room, no problem.

Fast forward to service day: 2 rooms and 1 staircase cleaned. Total? $304. $25 of that was the deoderizer that I asked for in 1 room. Then they charged $60 extra for the stairway. I figured it was a simple miscommunication and called to get it corrected.

Instead of fixing it, I was told I had "agreed" to a bigger package including a master, a large upstairs room, a small room, and stairs. That’s simply not what happened, and not what was done. I only received 2 rooms and 1 staircase, and I asked to be refunded for the services I didn’t receive.

Their response? “No refund, but we’ll give you $50 off your next service.” As if I’d use them again after being overcharged and dismissed.

Bottom line: good tech, bad business practices. I learned an expensive lesson, hopefully, this review saves you from doing the same.

They performed an excellent job in upholstery cleaning for us. The cleaners were proficient and meticulous in their work. Furthermore, their price was reasonable and competitive compared to other cleaning firms. I am impressed and would recommend them.

Eric was my technician and I always asked for him. He was nice and professional at all times. He also did grout cleaning for us as well. I would recommend Baytown Texas Carpet Cleaning and Eric every time, but I have moved out of the area. If you are in the Texas area, give this company a call for the best service. The carpet cleaning service I got from firm just blew me away. The day before our appointment, a staff member contacted to confirm it. The technician was prompt in his arrival, provided a detailed explanation of what he would be doing, practiced Covid precautions while wearing a mask, wore shoe covers inside my home, was cautious with all of his equipment, and set up safety blocks to prevent damage to my walls. The whole top level, including the carpet on our stairs, had been meticulously cleansed. He was able to lift everything out after going over all the food and pet stains. Every year, I'll use their services. absolutely worthwhile, especially if you have young children and a dog in the house. I appreciate this Carpet Cleaning's wonderful work.

I would highly recommend Luther and his team to clean your carpets. They were on time,
easy to communicate with, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job! They pre-treated
everything before cleaning it, and even gave us with booties to wear around the house with our
shoes until the carpet dried. Top notch! Their work never disappoints. Carpet cleaning quality is
great and leaves the carpet like new! Highly recommend!
