We used lee quite a few times to install our kitchen sink and bathroom tub faucets and bathroom bathroom sink faucets and install a new toilet! He is one of the best plumbers in the business! I would definitely recommend him!!

Bay Coast Plumbing is the best company ever. Lee and his staff one named Pete are the greatest. Their pricing is very fair. They are very helpful . You are never rushed. They explain everything you are asking them to do. They just finished a re-pipe for me . They were on time cleaned up after and finished on time. First, let me tell you that I had Bay Coast Plumbing come to my house from a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be happier. I had them replace all the plumbing inside my home and remodel my master bathroom. I couldn't be happier. It was such a great experience from the first call and every step of the way. They came out and explained in great detail everything that was going to be done and the process. I received a quote shortly after and the price was less than I expected. They completed the work in a timely manner as promised. The owner, Lee personally came and made sure everything was done correctly throughout the entire process. Now my home feels like a new home. Stop trying to figure out which company to go with like I was. Bay Coast is the ONLY company you need to use. You will be thanking me later!!! I promise.

Representative arrived fast and cleared our main sewer line quickly. Was friendly and explained the situation. Offered, at no charge, to have someone else from the company come out to assess the line and prevent the issue from happening again. Excellent service!

We had a back up the night before Thanksgiving. We called several recommended plumbers and couldn’t get anybody to come out. I tried Roto-Rooter and they were out within an hour. The tech was professional and pleasant. He actually worked his butt off to get everything flowing again. They’ll be my first call next time.

Called at 8:55 pm and had our tech, John, show up no later than 30 mins. He was very kind and elaborate and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was fast and proficient and make sure to explain as he was working. Our AC drainage is connected to a sink and had clogged causing our AC not to run. Was so grateful he could fix it on the spot and was confident on his work. He even went the extra mile to wait a few minutes and make sure nothing leaked and nothing clogged back up. Called on a Friday night late. Had someone out within 2 hours. Plumber OZ was awesome. Had to run through 2 clean outs, but got the problem solved. Oz was very professional and did a great job. And as far as I'm concerned, 400 bucks for a Friday night call out was not bad. Definitely recommend, and hope I don't have to use again, but, if I do I'll call here again.

This was my second time using this business. By far pleased with the results of the services I received. John was very helpful and detailed when he explained the process and how to maintain a good water flow after the service was done. Great - called to get appointment, able to get same day they were here with in an hour and finished within 2 hours. Got blockage out and left house spotless. Will use again if have plumbing problem , but hope not

The guys did a good job repairing the pipe underneath my sink

Hired Roto Rooter to install a new water heater. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Did an excellent install from removing the old one to installing the new one. A couple of unexpected issues came up and he took care of them. I highly recommend their service!
