Apparently the top cap of the fence isn't part of the fence. When I asked why he didn't stain the top cap his response was people replace that every few years. Well sir that is the reason I'm getting my fence stained so I don't have to replace it. When I get a quote to stain my fence that's the whole fence. Then I asked him to bring me some stain so I can finish his job he brought me about a pint of stain that won't cover 8ft. He never offered to make it right. Just make sure you inspect his work before you pay him don't make my mistake. I won't be using his services again.
