Maybe this looks like a regular garage. Maybe it’s the best dang garage in North Richland Hills. Until last week, I had 1960s paneling in my garage that peeled and crumbled when touched. I had giant cracks in the floor from previous settling damage. I hired BC&L to rip out the decrepit walls, install foam installation and drywall, level the drywall, and resurface my garage floor. Nate was incredibly communicative and offered helpful insight. And Jose? Well, let’s just say Jose can work miracles.

I 100% plan on hiring them again in the near future. They are super reliable, affordable, and friendly. Can they come to thanksgiving dinner?

We've had nothing but great experiences with the team at Ben's. After a storm, we had roof and fence damage. They secured the yard, ensuring our small dogs wouldn't escape while the fence was being fixed. They built and stained a new fence section to match our existing fencing- and even repaired a sagging gate we didn't realize could functon better. The roof replacement was the cherry on the cake, the roof came out gorgeous!

Later, we had some siding replaced and painted, as well as an interior door hung. Everyone we worked with was awesome, but Nate & Jose are absolute gems.

We had hail damage from a storm. Ben's Better Construction where my son works replaced the roof in 1 day with a 50 year product in one day. They did a great job. I am very pleased with the work done.

Ben's better Construction and landscaping did a great job. This is the second job they've done for us. The first was designing and completing a rock garden in our front yard; and this time they did a walkway in our backyard. Ivan was meticulous and communicated everything he was doing. Nate and Ben are always quick to respond when we have questions or concerns. We would recommend them.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Ben’s Better Construction and Landscaping, and I highly recommend them for any home repair or construction needs. After a major storm left multiple tree limbs through our roof, they responded quickly and professionally. Their team—especially Nate Walstrom—was outstanding throughout the entire process.

Nate coordinated everything from the roof repair and replacement to the interior restoration, ensuring that the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. His communication and attention to detail gave us confidence that every part of the project was being handled with care.

Since then, we’ve continued to use Ben’s Better for other projects around the house, including irrigation system repairs and various general maintenance tasks. Each time, they’ve been prompt, reliable, and thorough.

We’re grateful to have found such a dependable, professional company. Ben’s Better Construction and Landscaping, and particularly Nate, have earned our full trust and recommendation.

UPDATED 8-15-2022: I would not recommend BBC&L now, as the estimates and bids are not reasonable and inline with standard rates for occupational specialties. They are overpriced for what they do. If used, I can almost guarantee that there will be change orders to what you were originally quoted and the estimate will almost certainly double. Be pro-active and when they bid per job, ask the labor rates and estimated hours needed to complete the work. You'll most likely find that some of their rates will be ~$620.00 per hour per man. I would recommend shopping around prior to committing to these guys.

We hired this company for a job and we had a specific timeline which they assured they would be able to accommodate. They showed up two days late. They damaged our gas line when removing tree next to a gas line, took all day to cut and remove trunk because didn’t have chainsaw that worked and were not able to grind stump because didn’t have proper equipment. We proceeded with landscape project and asked for refund on stump grinding as they were not able to finish under our timeline. They refused full refund and kept part of our money. I would be very concerned hiring them to do a project especially if you have specific timeframe.

Still waiting for refund and did not start two days early.
