Lousy customer service, and for a franchise that prides itself on its employees "knowing" the store, everyone we talked to was majorly uniformed. Also "Jackie" in the outside garden center should take customer service classes, or find a job at DPS. All in all, management should be fired.

Employees were very informative and friendly. I would love to see the prices on the flowers and plants come down some.

Charged way to much for my 5 for 10 mulch!!! Paid 21.00!! Guy checking me out apologized not his fault. I'll go back to lowes!!

Continous stock of in season perfect plants, shrubs, and trees. Damaged or wilted plants are removed and not sold.

I filled the on line form to get someone to give me quotes on work I need done. They have not responded so they must be too busy. If they won't call back I feel they might not show up to do the work on time so I won't be using them.

Rockview was recommended by others in the neighborhood and now I know why! They collaborated with me on my vision and gave great ideas and advise. They were responsive along the way, and did the entire job in a single day. We are happy enough that we asked them to come back and give us a quote for another couple projects around the yard.

I’m very happy with the work Andy and his crew did. I had an unfunctional backyard and they fixed my drainage issues, planted flowers, installed an irrigation system, and replaced the mulch and pebbles. My yard looks great now, and it only took them a couple of days, plus the cost was very reasonable.
