Hey Everyone, do not use this place. It is a clearing house for services. That charge you $140.00, to join. Then they assign someone to your account. You don’t know who or what you will get…. Go to a family owned, proven business that will back up their work. …. All I needed was 2 new breakers. Randall was assigned to me, and he canceled on the first appointment. That was a clue. When he finally came, he said that I needed 2 new breakers, but he would have to order them. He said the whole thing would cost $300. I paid him. … when he came back, he said that I would have to pay $100 extra because the price for the breakers was more than he thought. Then he put them in backwards and tried to tell me that it didn’t work because my ground wire was shorting out and I would have to replace it for $3000. I balked, and he came down to $1300. My father is a retired electrician and thru photos I sent him he noticed that Randall had put them backwards. I asked Randall, and he acknowledged that he accidentally put them in backwards and would for sure come out “today” and switch them. This is where it gets crazy, he did not come. I begged him for weeks and he kept promising to come “today” and never did. I have one month of texts with him saying he would come, and never did. What a liar, what a crook. He should be ashamed!! He tried to screw me and when called out on it, was so ashamed that he would not show his face. What jerk!! So, for $540.00 I got nothing. I had to call a reputable company for proper, honest service!! Now, let’s see if this company will offer me a refund?? I will let you know… John Keayes.

The Copper World Electricians are definitely professionals! I had my house renovated and they replaced all of my electric wires, added light fixtures and updated my breaker box. After they finish their work we called the city inspection and it passed right away. Thank you guys, highly recommended!

Tradesmen are notoriously unreliable when promising to come out, but The Copper World Electricians electrician came out when he said he would. I had them install some smart switches and replace a breaker that kept tripping. They explained what the issue with the breaker was and why it needed to be replaced.
In addition, after installing the new switches, once all the work was complete, the electrician went out to his car to get a small vacuum to clean up the mess. I liked that professional touch.

Daniel and his crew were professional and patient. Their work ethic is awesome and were able to complete the work for us immediately. I am so pleased that I found Copper World Electricians and they will be doing all our work on our commercial building. I would highly them!!

The Copper World Electricians do great work. Daniel and his crews are on time and east to work with. They have an in depth understanding of the code book and passing inspections was no concern. Their pricing was competitive with other estimates received. But my biggest observation of their work was that the do it the right way no matter the size of the project.

We had a wonderful experience with Copper World Electricians! They arrived on time and diagnosed my outlet and power issues quickly. They came to my house wearing masks which is very important in this time of COVID. I called them for a specific problem, but once they were here I requested some additional repairs which they agreed to do without scheduling another appointment. The repairs were done in a very professional way at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services to any one who needs a high quality electrician!

We bought a house that needed some electric work done for a reasonable price and Copper World took good care of us again as we had used their services 2 years ago at another location. We asked for a quote for a bunch of work and got a prompt and fair offer. By the time work started we found a few more issues that needed their expertise...no problem, the add ons cost a little more and deservedly so. We won't hesitate to call them in the future. They work hard, do a great job and are honest and reputable.

We hired Daniel for most of our electrical work for around a decade. He worked at our house at least 5 times. I also hired him on properties that I manage, and referred him to clients that I do work for. This includes all areas of residential work: lighting, GFCI, wiring problems, 240v, panel replacement, etc.

From my perception, the quality of work, communication, and business model have all gone down hill. This includes significant inconsistencies between verbal and written estimates, repeated lack of responsiveness, communication errors internally between employees, and lack of preparedness.

Examples:

No show for an appointment 10-11am
Next thing I receive a message
"On my way, I'll be there around 4-4:30"
I just replied "I didn't make this appointment"

I was quoted a price for AFCI on all 120v (about 24 circuits)
then the estimate only included 12

Not disclosing permitting fees during estimates

Showing up to a job without a standard slotted screwdriver
If you don't know, this is the most essential tool for an electrician.
Most electricians would have several of these in their truck.

And many other strange interactions, all starting this year.
Nothing like this happened during the previous decade.
