My experience with Sweetwater Pool & Patio has been excellent -- the staff are friendly and helpful and the service for my pool is first rate. They take care of every aspect of cleaning and servicing the pool as well as solving issues that come up.

This is a great company that I have dealt with for over 20 years. That have employees who are knowledgeable, helpful, competent, and pleasant. They always have what you need and they fix whatever is not working in your pool!

We changed pool companies because the previous pool company, that we inherited when we bought the house, wasn't addressing issues with the pool. Sweetwater is fixing all of the problems. Their maintenance personnel are trained to identify issues rather than to just clean the pool and leave. We should have changed companies much sooner!

I have used Sweetwater for 23 years to keep my pool at its best. Their team is great and helpful, and have helped with water testing, supplies and chemicals, and many repairs and installations. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. They analyze the pool water sample that I bring to them and give me simple step-by-step instructions on how to adjust my pool water to make it perfect.

Sweetwater Pool & Patio has been our go-to pool people for 17 years. They have always been accommodating and prompt. If there is a problem with motors, filters, and other parts, they recommend changes. They offer suggestions for maintenance, including proper water levels, regular filter cleaning, tile cleaning solutions, and the like. Everyone is friendly, no matter how many times I've asked the same question.

I have been frustrated with the chain pool store I've used for 20 years. Their new "automated" testing seems to give the same results week after week with yet another product that will solve the problem. Sweetwater was a pleasant change! My water was tested in great detail. Jim, the sales associate, discussed my pool issues and how the various chemistry readings related to each other. He's been doing this for 17 years! Sweetwater is my new pool place!

Our Dolphin pool vacuum was repaired by cleaning a connection inside of it. Great job. Thanks a million. I was turned away by 4 pool stores who will not even work on Dolphin’s anymore. Sweetwater provided a quick resolution at a very sweet price!

Unresponsive to emails and calls and unreliable service. The techs are great and professional but management is severely lacking in terms of customer service, responsiveness, and problem management.

Update in response to company’s reply: The company responded saying they don’t have a record of my being a customer. This is indicative of the poor management and customer service we have experienced over the last few years. A simple search of my last name in their system would reveal our account. Or a search of their email system to show the dozens of emails from myself and my husband that have gone unanswered in response to issues we have had with their service.

Very responsive. Asked for a new heater quote and received a written quote very quickly. Installation was scheduled within a week which is very good. Technician installed the unit efficiently. I would recommend Sweetwater very highly.

Our family recently purchased an above ground vinyl pool, and I wanted to find a company I could partner with to learn how to properly maintain it. I brought a sample of the pool water 24 hours after initial fill, along with a ton of questions.

The folks at Sweetwater Pools had all the necessary test equipment to analyze my pool water, as well as the patience and professional knowledge to answer my questions. Together we developed a plan to properly balance my pool for comfort and long life, which they printed out for me to take home, along with the necessary products. The instructions were very clearly laid out step by step, telling me what to add first, how much of each product to add, and how to add it.

I will continue to bring water samples to Sweetwater for continuous monitoring and to fine tune the health of my pool. We’re off to a great start; I would gladly recommend Sweetwater Pools to anyone in the area, they’re great a what they do!

Five star pool service. leaves and storm debris is always cleaned up and chemicals balanced. perfect service if you want no hassle pool at a reasonable price. service is on time and when expected so you can keep pool locked up for safe use. They are highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sweetwater Pool & Patio and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. My pool pump had become overpressured and I was in need of a fix. Sweetwater was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a solution that not only fixed the problem, but also improved the overall performance of my pump.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the issue and what they were doing to fix it, which I appreciated. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving my pool area spotless.

We are new to the area and Sweet Water Pools was recommended to us!! We were up and running with service the next day! The office handled everything quickly and smoothly! The pool technicians are so knowledgeable and polite! I appreciate how they keep to a schedule so I know when to anticipate their arrival! We needed some pool equipment replaced and that was done within a few days! I am so pleased that I found this company!

They do shoddy work. Do not use! They installed a new pump motor. They installed it with a leak. More, I did not see the leak until months later. So, when I called them for warranty, they say another $246 to fix the problem that they did not do correctly the first time. See attached picture of how a leaky pump will look—note the dampness on platform. It’s ok if you make a mistake but, it’s a damn shame when you don’t correct it. Customer service is bad.
