They have cleaned and lubricated my grandfather clock twice over that past 5 years and always a wonderful job. Price is excellent.

A step back in time. He is a skilled craftsman who loves what he does. Just picked up an 1890s wall clock that belonged to my wife's grandfather. It required a major rebuild plus fixing a cracked pendulum stick. A worn out object is once again something of function and beauty.

By far, the most knowledgable, skilled and capable clockmaker and restorer in the midwest! Tim has worked on, restored and manufactured parts for 10 of my clocks which are all 150 to 300 years old. He is the only person I would ever trust with conserving any historic clock.

I purchased a 45 year old grandfather clock from an antique shop. It needed to be brought back to life. The proffesionals at Gruhr limited got it working again and have created a family heirloom that is fully functioning that I will past on to my children. Great knowledge and customer service!

Had a grandfather clock repair by putting in new works. I damaged the pendulum a few weeks later and he repaired and came to the house to hang it correctly. Could not have asked for better or friendlier service. All at reasonable price, did not charge for repair or the house call.

Tim did a wonderful job getting our Grandfather clock up and operational. He called ahead, and was on time. He was very knowledgeable, and showed my the correct way to take care and operate the family heirloom. The price for the servicing was very fair.

My AC system needed service today. Mike came and fixed the problem and showed me how I can easily reboot the system myself.

We have been using this company for years now. Set is a master at his craft and will only do what is absolutely necessary to get your a/c or heating system running. If unfortunately replacement is the case, you won't be upsold on oversized units that won't fit your needs. He stands by his work and never used shortcuts. Many years ago, he helped us limp a system along for years because we didn't have the money for replacement. Now I am able to have him install new systems and maintain all of our rental property units. Not a better guy or business around.

Set came to check out my unit and it was late in the day. He was supposed to return the following day but, instead went above and beyond to fix it the same day. Service like this is unheard of nowadays his knowledge, willingness to help, not to metion his fast pace not once did i see him on his phone.
