My refrigerator stop working this morning. I called A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance. Tech arrived in couple hours and fixed my fridge. Sam was awesome. Very knowledgeable tech.

I just called and was told that the company is in Chicago Illinois and does not serve Houston. I verified that I called the right 800 number. Why would they list their services in the Houston area?

UPDATE: Received a follow-up call from a representative to inform me that the first customer rep gave wrong information and they do indeed service the Houston area. However, there's a five weeks wait time for any service done. I declined their $50 gift card offer, agreed to amend the review (one additional star for actually caring about Google reviews), but am still disappointed since this essentially still didn't offer me a solution for my appliance problem.

Super expensive and called me 20+ times to submit my $79 service call when I only received the invoice an hour after.

UPDATE 11/26: I paid the invoice 4 hours after the service call, yet this company is STILL calling me trying to get me to take down my review. I have asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for continuously contacting me despite me asking for them to stop. They call and text me regularly. I regret ever reaching out to this company.

We had a Bosch microwave (connected to the oven) that had an issue where it automatically turns on when the door is closed. We contacted several companies to look at it but no one was able to fix it. Finally Pavlo and his team fixed it!

Imad came out to fix our built in microwave. He had availability the same day and came within the hour of me calling to setup the appointment.
He was able to immediately diagnose the issue and get it repaired very quickly.

My freezer stopped working and I called a repair company to send a technician. His diagnosis was that it needed a replacement defrost heater and sensor and an evaporator fan for a total cost of $880. I decided to get a second opinion and called A+ Appliance Repair. The technician Roman arrived later that day and quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the alignment of the freezer door causing a small gap, enough to prevent the freezer from reaching set point temperature but so small that it did not trigger the freezer door alarm. He quickly took the door and shelves apart, cleaned and reassembled them, checked the defrost heater and assured me that the job was complete. Along the way he explained everything that he was doing. He asked me what I thought was a fair price, I did some research and we came to an agreement that was far less than the cost quoted by the first technician. I was very impressed by his approach, his candor and his transparency, and highly recommend A+.

Fast and friendly customer service over the phone. Scheduled first visit same day and sent a detailed invoice showing the supplies needed and when they would arrive. Easy to approve the invoice online and they called to schedule the service right away. Service was fast and friendly and the prices were affordable, although nobody wants to be paying for appliance repair LOL. Text reminders of the appointment and alert when they were on their way was very helpful. They made a challenging situation as easy as possible.
