Absolutely do not recommend Integrity. I’ve never left a one-star review before, but this experience deserves it. I chose Integrity based on a few recommendations and quotes—they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, just somewhere in the middle. Things seemed fine until the actual work began.

The job was not done as agreed. Instead of working inside the garage like they were supposed to, they dug through the front sidewalk. They left a mess—trash everywhere, oil spilled all over the front of my house, and did a sloppy, rushed job with the concrete. The holes on the side of the house were barely filled, and I could literally see the exposed piers. Still, I held off on posting a review, hoping they’d make it right.

It took forever to get someone to come out and take a look. When they finally did, they admitted the work wasn’t acceptable and promised to fix it. That was in January. It’s now April 11th and only today—four months later—did someone finally show up, and only after I reached out multiple times. Never once did they follow up on their own. There were delays due to weather (understandable), but they’d go completely silent for weeks at a time. I had to keep chasing them down.

To top it off, no one—aside from the person who gave the original estimate—ever apologized or took responsibility for the experience. The communication was nonexistent, the service was unprofessional, and the work was careless.
