Plumbing reviews in Benbrook, Texas

Rick and the team at Jackrabbit are incredible. Extremely professional, communicative, and came out to solve our plumbing concern quickly! They immediately diagnosed the issue and resolved it with ease. We’ve worked with multiple other companies over the years and they are by far the best.

Highly recommend, Rick is nothing short of a professional and his crew is very prepared and knowledgeable. Great communication and great experience overall, needed my drain cleaned and faucet replaced and the pricing was great. Best plumbers in the DFW!

I had a great experience with this company. Another company came out and said I needed to replace my sewer line from house to city. Jackrabbit identified the location of the root intrusion and gave me the option to repair or replace the line.
Both options were fairly priced. We decided to replace the drain line. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Their service, hospitality, and explanation of the details throughout the process also exceeded my expectations. Even the city inspector complemented the work. I will be using this company in the future.

Robert is the man!

Been here since 4:30. Still in waiting.

Service was quick and the guys were friendly. Best part...VERY affordable.

Know what they are doing, courteous, quick, very reasonable ,local. I would use them again.

Great service and a very fair price! Will use Benton again!!!!

Good doctor, but the wait time is horrendous. The average wait time is about (4 hours) in and out with an appointment!

Great company! Helped us really fast and at a great price!

Highly recommend.

Fair price and friendly customer service.

Would definitely use again.

Don"t Try To Call for Any reason you will be put on hold until they close at 5 pm and when you do get thru or show up in person you have to play Medical Records Keeper, Accountant, Bookkeeper, Secretary, Receptionist and Patient, just forget it, stay away

This is the best Plumbing Company I've ever hired. Reasonable prices, punctual and honest.

This is the greatest company Ever this is my
plumber..Give them a call if you want a truly
honest guy to do you plumbing needs..It will be done right the first time. And I promise you will NEVER use another company Ever..

Benton Plumbing showed up on schedule, they were professional and friendly, and they charged me within the range that I expected. I will definitely call them again.

These guys are fantastic. I had Ray and Jay out to the house twice, they were professional and personable while solving my issues quickly and at a very attractive price point. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wow!! Absolutely top notch. Not sure I will ever hire another plumber besides Robert again. So honest, so helpful, explained things to me like I was a fellow plumber instead of a customer, and he charged me 100 under what he quoted me on the phone. I was so impressed!! A+++

He overcharged for a job he did not know how to do and collected $15,000 for his trouble. He reinstalled a broken waterheater upside down instead of admitting it was broken. I dont recommend.

Ray came out and did a outstanding job. I accidentally broke my out side faucet, Very communicative less than 30 min my water was back on !! Ray did Amazing work and prices you can’t beat. thank you !

They've done several jobs for me in the past or quick and reasonably priced. However, when I received a quote for a new tankless water heater install and advised Robert to go ahead and order it he never replied. Left several messages, no response.

I cannot recommend Robert Benton and Benton plumbing enough. Excellent work at reasonable prices. They will surprise you and go the extra mile unasked. Excellent plumbers.
